Description
Claims (2)
- 圧縮されて焼結された金属粒子で造られた金属部品であって、前記粒子は互いに結合され、前記部品は多孔質であって、前記部品の細孔内へ含浸されたセリアまたはイットリアの少なくとも一方の粒子を含み、
前記部品は、クロム、あるいは、さらにバナジウム、タングステン、モリブデン、およびアルミニウムの元素の少なくとも一つを含む、鉄系材料から造られており、
前記部品の外側表面上に保護酸化物層が形成され、前記粒子の少なくとも幾らかは前記保護酸化物層の下で前記部品の前記細孔内に存在し、
前記保護酸化物層は、クロム、あるいは、さらにバナジウム、タングステン、モリブデン、およびアルミニウムの元素の少なくとも一つを含む、部品。 - 金属部品を造る方法であって、
多孔性、関連する細孔、および露出された表面を有する圧縮かつ焼結された部品を準備し、
焼結の後に、セリアおよび/またはイットリアの少なくとも一方の粒子で前記細孔を含浸しかつ前記表面を被覆することを含み、
前記部品は、クロム、あるいは、さらにバナジウム、タングステン、モリブデン、およびアルミニウムの元素の少なくとも一つを含む、鉄系材料から造られており、
前記部品の外側表面上に保護酸化物層が形成され、
前記保護酸化物層は、クロム、あるいは、さらにバナジウム、タングステン、モリブデン、およびアルミニウムの元素の少なくとも一つを含む、方法。
