Claims (5)
- 帯状部材をリング状に丸めてブーツのバンド装着部に外嵌されるリング部を形成し、このリング部には周方向に沿って所定ピッチだけ離間した一対の突起部が形成され、この一対の突起部を、枢支軸を中心に揺動する一対の爪部材の先端係止部の接近にて、周方向に沿って相互に接近させて、このリング部を縮径させるバンド取付方法であって、
一対の爪部材の先端係止部にて前記リング部の一対の突起部を挟持した状態で、この一対の爪部材の先端係止部を枢支部を中心に相互に接近する方向に揺動させながら、リング部の縮径に伴った突起部の径方向及び周方向の変位に追従するように、リング部乃至その突起部への先端係止部の接触にて前記スライド体がスライドし、爪部材の先端係止部がバンド外径に沿った軌跡を描くことによって、前記リング部を縮径させることを特徴とするバンド取付方法。 - 一対の爪部材の各スライド体は独立したスライドが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバンド取付方法。
- 帯状部材をリング状に丸めてブーツのバンド装着部に外嵌されるリング部を形成し、このリング部には周方向に沿って所定ピッチだけ離間した一対の突起部が形成され、この一対の突起部を周方向に沿って相互に接近させて、このリング部を縮径させる締付バンド取付装置であって、
枢支部を中心にその先端係止部が相互に接近・離間する方向に揺動する一対の爪部材を有する締め付け手段と、
この締め付け手段の爪部材を、ブーツのバンド装着部に対して接近・離間させる方向に往復動させる往復動手段と、
この締め付け手段の爪部材を相互に接近・離間する方向に揺動させる揺動手段とを備え、前記爪部材は、爪部材本体と、先端係止部が形成されたスライド体とを有し、一対の爪部材の先端係止部にて前記リング部の一対の突起部を挟持した状態で、この一対の爪部材の先端係止部を枢支部を中心に相互に接近する方向に揺動させながら、リング部の縮径に伴った突起部の径方向及び周方向の変位に追従するように前記先端係止部が形成されたスライド体が爪部材本体にスライド可能として取り付けられて、爪部材の先端係止部がバンド外径に沿った軌跡を描くことによって、前記リング部を縮径させることを特徴とする締付バンド取付装置。 - 自由状態では、先端側へ弾性的に押圧してスライド体を前進状態とし、先端係止部の相
互の接近状態では、リング部乃至その突起部の接触にてスライド体の後退を許容する弾性
部材を介してスライド体が爪部材本体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に
記載の締付バンド取付装置。 - 前記揺動手段は、枢支軸よりも後端側の一対の爪部材の間での軸方向往復動にて一対の
爪部材の先端係止部間隔を拡縮するくさび部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3又は請
求項4に記載の締付バンド取付装置。
