Description
本発明の実施の形態に係る防水部品1は、図1等に示すような構成を有している。
各弾性支持壁180には、後述するマットシールカバー13側の過剰変位防止壁130の外側に形成される突起部131と係合される係合孔102aが形成されている。
次に、図2から図4を参照して、防水部品1の取付け過程について説明する。
図6から図13を参照して、他の構成例に係る防水部品600および比較例に係る防水部品500について説明する。

Claims (1)
- 電線を貫通する壁部の取付穴に取付される防水部品において、
前記取付穴に挿入され、底壁を有するマットシール収容室が内部に形成された取付穴挿入部と、
前記取付穴挿入部の挿入後端側に設けられ、前記取付穴の周縁に当接する当接部と、
前記取付穴挿入部の挿入先端側に弾性変形可能に設けられ、前記当接部とは反対側の前記取付穴の周縁の面に係止する係止爪と、
前記取付穴挿入部の挿入先端側に設けられたカバー係止部とを有するハウジング本体と、
前記マットシール収容室に収容され、前記電線が貫通される電線圧入孔を有するマットシールと、
前記カバー係止部に係止され、前記底壁との間で前記マットシールを挟み込んで前記マットシールを前記マットシール収容室に保持するマットシールカバーと、
を備え、
前記マットシールカバーには、前記係止爪が前記取付穴に挿入する際に弾性変形する側に過剰変位防止壁が設けられていることを特徴とする防水部品。
