Description
(A)硫化水素捕捉添加剤組成物であって、前記組成物は、
1.亜鉛化合物、亜鉛石鹸及び有機酸の亜鉛塩からなる群から選択される少なくとも1の化合物を含む添加剤1と、
2.前記添加剤1の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉効率を高めることができる少なくとも1の活性化剤と、
を含む、組成物。
(B)本発明の前記硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を含む媒体。
従来技術の添加剤、すなわち、亜鉛化合物、亜鉛石鹸、及び有機酸の亜鉛塩及び/又はオクタン酸亜鉛(ZnOctoate)を含む群から選択される化合物は、以下「添加剤1」と呼ばれてもよい。
オクタン酸亜鉛(Znオクトアート)からなるか又はそれを含む従来技術の添加剤は、アスファルト/アスファルト/原油/炭化水素中の硫化水素(H2S)を捕捉する(scavenge)ことが知られている。
米国特許出願公開US2008/033434A1は、金属(CuまたはZn)とモノエタノールアミン(MEA)である塩基との間にキレートを形成するためのキレート化剤としてのクエン酸亜鉛のような亜鉛化合物の使用を開示している。
米国特許出願公開US2014/190870A1は、少なくとも1の遷移金属および少なくとも1の水溶性アルデヒドまたは水溶性アルデヒド前駆体を含む組成物の使用を開示している。
米国特許出願公開US2005/145137A1は、エタノールアミンとメルカプトベンゾチアゾール(MBT)を有する亜鉛の組成物を開示している。
従って、上述の工業的問題の解決策を有する必要がある。
(I)添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を向上させることができる改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(II)添加剤2の存在下であっても添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を向上させることができる、すなわち、少なくとも添加剤2の悪影響を低減することができる、改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(III)本発明の改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用することにより、媒体中の硫化水素を捕捉する方法;及び
(IV)媒体中の硫化水素を捕捉するために、本発明の改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用する方法。
そこで、本発明は、(i)〜(v)を提供することにより、上記従来技術の産業上の課題を解決することを課題とする。:
(i)添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を改善することができる改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(ii)添加剤2の存在下であっても、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を改善することができる、すなわち、少なくとも添加剤2の悪影響を低減することができる、改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(iii)本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用することにより、媒体中の硫化水素を捕捉する方法;及び
(iv)媒体中の硫化水素を捕捉するために、本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用する方法;及び
(v)本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を含む媒体。
従って、本発明の主な目的は(a)〜(e)を提供することである。:
(a)添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を改善することができる改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(b)添加剤2の存在下であっても、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を改善することができる、すなわち、少なくとも添加剤2の悪影響を低減することができる、改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物;及び
(c)H2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を含む媒体中、又は本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用することにより、使用時にH2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を形成する媒体中、の硫化水素を捕捉する方法;及び
(d)H2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を含む媒体中、又は使用時にH2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を形成する媒体中、硫化水素を捕捉するために、本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を使用する方法;及び
(e)本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物を含む媒体。
従って、1の(第1の)実施形態において、本発明は、上述した産業上の問題を克服するように、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を改善することができる、すなわち、添加剤1からなる又は添加剤1を含む従来技術の添加剤と比較して、より低い用量で媒体中のH2Sを捕捉することができる、改善された硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物に関する。
説明及び本発明の好ましい実施形態
先行技術の上述の問題を解決することができる、すなわち実質的により多量の先行技術の添加剤1を使用する改良された添加剤組成物を提供することを目的として、本発明者らは、本発明のアミンを含む活性化剤が、
(i)添加剤1の添加と共に、又は
(ii)添加剤1を媒体に添加した後に別々に、
のいずれかで、媒体に添加されるならば、驚くべきかつ予想外に、本発明のアミンを含む活性化剤は、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率を実質的に改善し、及びそれによりH2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を含む媒体中のH2Sを捕捉するために、添加剤の実質的により多量を使用することについての既存の産業上の問題を克服することを見出した。
(i)添加剤2の添加と共に、又は
(ii)添加剤2を媒体に添加した後に別々に、
のいずれかで、媒体に添加されるならば、驚くべきかつ予想外に、本発明のアミンを含む活性化剤は、媒体中のH2Sを再捕捉し、及びそれによりH2Sもしくは硫黄化合物を含む媒体中のH2Sを捕捉するために、添加剤2を使用することについての既存の悪影響(産業上の問題)を克服することを見出した。
a.亜鉛化合物、亜鉛石鹸及び有機酸の亜鉛塩を含む(又は、これらの1以上を含む)群から選択される少なくとも1の化合物を含む添加剤1と、
b.前記添加剤1の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉効率を高めることができる本発明の1以上のヒドロキシアルキル化アミンを含む少なくとも1の活性化剤と、
を含む。
a.亜鉛化合物、亜鉛石鹸及び/又は有機酸の亜鉛塩を含む群から選択される(又は1以上を含む)少なくとも1の化合物を含む添加剤1と、
b.前記添加剤1の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉効率を高めることができる本発明の1以上のヒドロキシアルキル化アミンを含む少なくとも1の活性化剤と、
c.任意に、ポリリン酸(PPA)からなるか又はそれを含む添加剤2と、
を含む。
本発明の硫化水素(H2S)捕捉添加剤組成物、
を含む媒体に関する。
(i)芳香族アミン、例えばフェニレンジアミン、特にN,N,ジ−sec−ブチル−パラ−フェニレンジアミン(UOP5);
(ii)ジブチルアミンとホルムアルデヒドとの反応生成物;
(iii)ポリ脂肪族エチレンジアミンを包含するポリ脂肪族アミン。
本発明の驚くべきかつ予期せぬ技術的効果及び利点並びに相乗効果を実証するために、本発明者は、上述した処理済み媒体1A、処理済み媒体1B及び処理済み媒体1Cを、2重量%の活性化剤及び1重量%の添加剤2をふくむ混合物でさらに処理した。そして、驚くべきかつ予想外に、添加剤1の効率がそれぞれ50%から30%まで、92.5%から57.5%まで、100%から65%まで、処理済み媒体1A、処理済み媒体1B及び処理済み媒体1Cを添加剤2でさらに処理すると減少したのと同じくらい、低減しなかったことを見出した。但し、先行技術の添加剤2の悪影響と比較した場合(表1の実験No.2)、それぞれ30%から60.0%まで(表1の実験No.7)、先行技術の添加剤2の悪影響と比較した場合(表1の実験No.4)、57.5%から87.5%まで(表1の実験No.8)、先行技術の添加剤2の悪影響と比較した場合(表1の実験No.6)、65%から95%まで(表1の実験No.9)、驚くべきかつ予想外に増加した。
a)本発明の活性化剤は、驚くべきかつ予想外に、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率に対する添加剤2の悪影響を実質的に低減する。従って、添加剤2の使用は、従来技術において知られていたものよりも有益であった。
a)本発明の活性化剤は、驚くべきかつ予想外に、添加剤1の捕捉効率の100%効率を実質的に改善又は維持する。従って、添加剤1の使用もまた、従来技術において知られていたものよりも有益であった。
実験の第1セット(ステップ1)− 2000ppmのH2Sを含有するケロシン油のサンプルを先行技術の添加剤Znオクトアート(添加剤1)で最初に処理し、そして残った全H2S含有量を測定すると、表1の実験No.1、3及び5にあるような捕捉されたH2S含有量の値を与える。
(a)全組成物に基づいて、従来技術の添加剤PPA(添加剤2)の1重量%、及び
(b)全組成物に基づいて、本発明の活性化剤(本発明添加剤)の2重量%、
を含む混合物を用いてさらに処理され、そして残っている合計H2S含量が測定され、表1の実験No.7、8及び9にあるような捕捉されたH2S含有量の値を与える。これらの実験は、Znオクトアート(添加剤1)で既に処理された酸プリにおけるPPA(添加剤2)の添加の悪影響が、全組成物に基づいて、本発明の活性化剤(本発明添加剤)のほとんど2重量%の添加において実質的に減少したことを示した。
a)本発明の活性化剤は、驚くべきかつ予想外に、添加剤1のH2S捕捉効率の100%効率を実質的に改善又は維持する。従って、添加剤1の使用もまた、従来技術において知られていたものよりも有益であった。。
Claims (11)
- 硫化水素捕捉添加剤組成物であって、前記組成物は、
a.有機酸の亜鉛塩を含む添加剤1と、
b.1以上のヒドロキシルアルキル化アミンを含む少なくとも1の活性化剤と、
を含み、
前記有機酸の亜鉛塩がオクタン酸亜鉛(ZnOctoate)を含み、
前記活性化剤が、
(i)1300〜1400ダルトンの平均分子量を有するトリス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)アミンのプロポキシル化誘導体(プロポキシル化TIPA);
(ii)トリス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)アミンのエトキシル化誘導体(エトキシル化TIPA);又は
(iii)それらの混合物;
を含む、組成物。 - 硫化水素捕捉添加剤組成物であって、前記組成物は、
a.有機酸の亜鉛塩を含む添加剤1と、
b.1以上のヒドロキシルアルキル化アミンを含む少なくとも1の活性化剤と、
c.ポリリン酸(PPA)を含む添加剤2と、
を含み、
前記有機酸の亜鉛塩がオクタン酸亜鉛(ZnOctoate)を含み、
前記活性化剤が、
(i)トリス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)アミン(TIPA);
(ii)1300〜1400ダルトンの平均分子量を有するトリス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)アミンのプロポキシル化誘導体(プロポキシル化TIPA);
(iii)トリス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)アミンのエトキシル化誘導体(エトキシル化TIPA);又は
(iv)それらの混合物;
を含む、組成物。 - 媒体中の前記硫化水素を捕捉するための、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の前記硫化水素捕捉添加剤組成物を使用する方法。

- 前記媒体が、硫化水素(H2S)及び硫黄化合物の少なくとも1つを含有する材料を含む、請求項8に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体が、使用時に硫化水素(H2S)又は硫黄化合物を形成することができる材料を含む、請求項8に記載の媒体。
