Description
一つの好ましい実施形態によれば、スチールバッキング及びその上に適用されたCuCrZr合金の焼結層から成る滑り軸受けが、提供される。それを製造するために、最初に、1.0重量%のCr及び0.1重量%のZr並びに残部銅の重量百分率を有する焼結用粉末混合物が、製造される。この目的のために、合金を形成する元素の純物質がアトマイゼーション設備を使用してアトマイズされて、結果として10重量%の<5μm細粒分が生じる。焼結用粉末は、混合され、スチールバッキング上に固められ、そして950℃の温度で焼結させられる。第一回の焼結操業(Sintergang)の後に、ロールパス(Walzstich)及びまた950℃での第二回の焼結操業が続き、それには再び第二回のロールパスが続き、結果として均一な構造及び0.3体積パーセント未満の多孔性を有する材料が生じる。
Claims (19)
- 少なくとも部分的にCuCrZr合金の焼結層から成り、前記CuCrZr合金は、<0.3体積パーセントの多孔性を有し、
前記CuCrZr合金は、0.01〜0.5重量%のZr、0.01〜4.9重量%のCr及び残部銅、並びに最大で0.5重量%の不可避的不純物から成る、滑り軸受けの部品。 - 前記CuCrZr合金は、0.01〜15.0重量%のSnを追加的に含有する、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受けの部品。
- 前記CuCrZr合金は、Al,Mg,Ti及び/又はMnをそれぞれ0.05〜0.25重量%の濃度範囲で追加的に含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受けの部品。
- 前記CuCrZr合金は、h−BN及び/又はグラファイトを含む固体潤滑剤、酸化物、炭化物、窒化物及び/又は燐化物を含む硬質粒子、テルル、ビスマス、鉛及び/又は硫黄を含むチップブレーカ、及び/又は腐食防止剤を含む、更なる機能添加剤を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品。
- 前記CuCrZr合金は、基板バッキングに適用される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品を製造する方法であって、
前記滑り軸受けは、少なくとも部分的にCuCrZr合金から作られ、
前記CuCrZr合金は、熱処理、溶体化焼鈍、高温時効硬化及び/又は軟化焼鈍を受ける、
滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法。 - h−BN及び/又はCを含む固体潤滑剤、酸化物、炭化物、窒化物及び/又は燐化物を含む硬質粒子、テルル、ビスマス、鉛及び/又は硫黄を含むチップブレーカ、及び/又は腐食防止剤を含む更なる機能添加剤が取り入れられる、請求項6に記載の滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法。

- 鋳造CuCrZrの製造において生じるチップが、焼結用粉末の製造のために使用される、請求項9乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法。
- 焼結用粉末は、5重量%を超える、<5μm細粒分を有する、請求項9乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法。
- 前記CuCrZr合金は、機械的に加工される、請求項6乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品を含む滑り軸受け。
- 請求項6乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受けの部品の製造方法を含む滑り軸受けの製造方法。
- 滑り軸受けの少なくとも一部を作るための滑り軸受け材料の使用であって、前記滑り軸受け材料は、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のCuCrZr合金から成る、滑り軸受け材料の使用。
