Claims (5)
- 無鉛滑り軸受を製造するための方法であって、
焼結に先立ち、アルミニウム元素、マグネシウム元素、シリコン元素、チタニウム元素、ジルコニウム元素及びクロミウム元素の単体を錫粉末及び銅粉末と混合して、合計で0.2重量%〜1重量%のアルミニウム元素、マグネシウム元素、シリコン元素、チタニウム元素、ジルコニウム元素及びクロミウム元素を単体で含み、0重量%〜15重量%のスズ(0重量%のスズを除く)を含み、残部銅及び不可避的不純物からなる銅基の材料を得るステップ、及び
前記材料を鋼の上に焼結して、無鉛滑り軸受を得るステップ、
を含む、方法。 - 前記材料は、最大で6重量%までのスズを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、固体潤滑剤を更に含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、h−BN及び/又はCを有する、固体潤滑剤を更に含む、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、酸化物、炭化物、窒化物、及び/又は、燐化物を有する、硬い粒子を更に含む、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
