Description
図1は本発明のヒートシンクの製造システムの実施の形態を示した模式図である。図示する製造システム400は、鋳造装置100、塗布装置200、および加温装置300から構成されている。
Claims (1)
- 粗材と、該粗材の表面に形成された熱放射性塗料皮膜とからなるヒートシンクを製造するヒートシンクの製造システムであって、
前記ヒートシンクの製造システムは、
成形型と、該成形型に提供される溶湯を保持する溶湯保持炉と、から構成された鋳造装置と、
前記鋳造装置にて成形された前記粗材に対し、熱放射性塗料を噴出するスプレーノズルを備えた塗布装置と、
前記粗材が載置され、載置されている該粗材を加温する加温治具と、前記溶湯保持炉に接するとともに該加温治具にも接して流体が流通する流通管と、該加温治具の温度に基づいて該流通管を流通する流体の流量を調整する流量調整弁と、から構成された加温装置と、を備えているヒートシンクの製造システム。
