Description
図1に示すように、当該実施例に係る緩衝ストッパー11は、所定のゴム状弾性体よりなる筒状の弾性体12を有し、この筒状の弾性体12の軸方向一端部(図では上端部)に環状の固定側金具13が連結されるとともに軸方向他端部(図では下端部)に環状の可動側金具14が連結されている。固定側金具13を連結した一端部(以下、固定側端部15とも称する)は、相手部品であるハウジング61に固定される。可動側金具14を連結した他端部(以下、可動側端部16とも称する)は、作動部品である軸(図示せず)が衝突し、軸とともに変位する。
尚、上記第1実施例において、可動側大径部11Cの軸方向幅w2は、可動側金具14の軸方向幅(厚み)w3と、弾性体12におけるくぼみ17および可動側金具14間の軸方向幅w4との和よりなり、可動側大径部11Cの軸方向幅w2が小さくなるので、これに伴って弾性体12におけるくぼみ17および可動側金具14間の軸方向幅w4も小さくなるように構成されているが、可動側大径部11Cの軸方向幅w2は可動側金具14の軸方向幅(厚み)w3のみによって設定されても良く、この場合、弾性体12におけるくぼみ17および可動側金具14間の軸方向幅w4はゼロ設定とされる。

Claims (1)
- 一端部に固定側金具を連結するとともに他端部に可動側金具を連結した筒状の弾性体の外周面に環状のくぼみを設けることにより当該緩衝ストッパーを、前記くぼみによる小径部と、前記くぼみよりも固定側に位置する固定側大径部と、前記くぼみよりも可動側に位置する可動側大径部とに三区分し、
前記固定側大径部の外径寸法よりも前記可動側大径部の外径寸法を小さく設定するとともに、前記固定側大径部の軸方向幅よりも前記可動側大径部の軸方向幅を小さく設定したことを特徴とする緩衝ストッパー。
