Description
Embodiments to be described later generally relate to a vehicular illumination device and a vehicular lamp.
A substrate, a wiring pattern provided on the surface of the substrate, a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) provided on the wiring pattern, and a plurality of wirings respectively connecting the plurality of light emitting diodes and the wiring pattern And a surrounding wall member provided on the surface of the substrate so as to surround the plurality of light emitting diodes, and a sealing device provided inside the surrounding wall member.
In such an illuminating device, the sealing portion undergoes thermal deformation (expansion and contraction due to temperature change) by turning on and off the light emitting diode. And when using a some light emitting diode in order to make it high light quantity, the size and volume of a sealing part become large and the influence of a thermal deformation becomes larger. In addition, in an in-vehicle lighting device, a large change in the atmospheric temperature (for example, a range of −40 ° C. and + 85 ° C.) is further added, and the influence of thermal deformation is further increased.
When the thermal deformation of the sealing portion increases, the wiring connecting the light emitting diode and the wiring pattern is likely to be disconnected.
Therefore, development of the illuminating device which can improve the tolerance with respect to a temperature change was desired.

The plurality of light emitting elements are provided at an equal distance from a center position of a portion surrounded by the surrounding wall member of the substrate. An angle formed by a line segment connecting the center position and a position where a wiring connected to the light emitting element is connected to the wiring pad and a wiring connected to the light emitting element is 0 ° or more and 45 °. It is less than or equal to or less than 135 ° and less than 180 °.

As can be seen from Table 1, if the installation angle θ of the
Further, as described above, the stress and the amount of deformation generated in the sealing
