Claims (15)
- 第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板に設けられてブリッジ回路を構成する第1の磁気抵抗素子と第2の磁気抵抗素子と第3の磁気抵抗素子と第4の磁気抵抗素子と、
第2の基板と、
前記第2の基板に設けられて、前記第1の磁気抵抗素子と前記第2の磁気抵抗素子と前記第3の磁気抵抗素子と前記第4の磁気抵抗素子とに接続された検出回路と、
前記第1の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第1の配線と、
前記第2の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第2の配線と、
前記第3の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第3の配線と、
前記第4の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第4の配線と、
前記第2の基板に設けられて、前記第1の配線の信号と前記第2の配線の信号とを結合する第1の接続点と、
前記第2の基板に設けられて、前記第3の配線の信号と前記第4の配線の信号とを結合する第2の接続点と、
を備え、
前記検出回路は、
前記第2の基板に設けられて、前記第1の接続点の信号を増幅する第1の増幅器と、
前記第2の基板に設けられて、前記第2の接続点の信号を増幅する第2の増幅器と、
を有する、回転検出装置。 - 前記第1の接続点と前記第2の接続点とはそれぞれ前記ブリッジ回路の第1の中点と第2の中点を構成する、請求項1に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記第1の配線と前記第2の配線と前記第3の配線と前記第4の配線とはボンディングワイヤである、請求項1に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記検出回路は、前記第1の増幅器からの信号と前記第2の増幅器からの信号との差を増幅する差動増幅器をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記検出回路は、前記差動増幅器からの信号が入力される診断回路をさらに有する、請求項4に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記診断回路は、前記差動増幅器からの出力が所定のレンジから外れたときに異常信号を出力する、請求項5に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記検出回路は、
前記第1の増幅器からの信号と前記第2の増幅器からの信号との差を増幅する差動増幅器と、
前記差動増幅器から信号が入力されるアナログデジタル(AD)変換器と、
前記AD変換器の出力が入力される診断回路と、
をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の回転検出装置。 - 前記診断回路は、前記AD変換器の前記出力が所定のレンジから外れたときに異常信号を出力する、請求項7に記載の回転検出装置。
- 前記第1の磁気抵抗素子の他端と前記第2の磁気抵抗素子の他端とは基準電位に接続されており、
前記第3の磁気抵抗素子の他端と前記第4の磁気抵抗素子の他端とはグランドに接続されている、請求項1に記載の回転検出装置。 - 第1の基板と、
前記第1の基板に設けられてブリッジ回路を構成する第1の磁気抵抗素子と第2の磁気抵抗素子と第3の磁気抵抗素子と第4の磁気抵抗素子と、
第2の基板と、
前記第1の磁気抵抗素子と前記第2の磁気抵抗素子と前記第3の磁気抵抗素子と前記第4の磁気抵抗素子とに接続された検出回路と、
前記第1の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第1の配線と、
前記第2の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第2の配線と、
前記第3の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第3の配線と、
前記第4の磁気抵抗素子の一端と前記検出回路との間を接続する第4の配線と、を備え、
前記ブリッジ回路の第1の中点と第2の中点とは前記第2の基板に設けられている、回転検出装置。 - 前記第1の配線と前記第2の配線と前記第3の配線と前記第4の配線とはボンディングワイヤである、請求項10に記載の回転検出装置。

前記第1の中点の信号を増幅する第1の増幅器と、
前記第2の中点の信号を増幅する第2の増幅器と、
前記第1の増幅器からの信号と前記第2の増幅器からの信号との差を増幅する差動増幅器と、
を有する、請求項10に記載の回転検出装置。 - 前記検出回路は、前記差動増幅器からの信号が入力される診断回路をさらに有する、請求項12に記載の回転検出装置。
