Claims (16)
- 内部に流体を密閉するように構成された流体貯蔵所(128)であって、
貯蔵所容量部(204)と前記貯蔵所容量部(204)に対して流体開放されるヘッダー開口(222)を形成する貯蔵所(128)本体(274);
前記貯蔵所(128)本体(274)に連結され、前記ヘッダー開口(222)を密封するように配置されたヘッダー(202);
前記ヘッダー(202)に連結され、前記貯蔵所容量部(204)内のサンプ(sump;218)位置と前記貯蔵所(128)本体(274)の外部に配置された流体導出ポートの間で前記ヘッダー(202)を通じて延長される流体導出管(215);および
前記ヘッダー(202)に連結されたバッグ(bag)フィルタ(240)を含み、
前記バッグフィルタ(240)は、流体が前記サンプ(218)位置を通じて前記貯蔵所容量部(204)から導出される時に前記流体が前記バッグフィルタ(240)により先にフィルタリングされるように、前記貯蔵所容量部(204)内の前記流体導出管(215)の前記サンプ(218)位置およびヒーター(212)を完全に密閉する、流体貯蔵所(128)。 - 前記ヘッダー(202)に連結されて前記貯蔵所容量部(204)内に配置された流体レベルセンサ(220)をさらに含み、
前記バッグフィルタ(240)は前記流体レベルセンサ(220)をさらに密閉する、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。 - 概略中空円筒形状であり、前記バッグフィルタ(240)内に配置されたフィルタキャリア(244)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記フィルタキャリア(244)は前記貯蔵所容量部(204)の中に貯蔵されうる流体が透過できるメッシュ(mesh)物質で製造された、請求項3に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記流体導出管(215)の前記サンプ(218)位置の周囲に配置されたサンプ(218)装置をさらに含み、前記サンプ(218)装置は、流体入口(226)、および前記サンプ(218)装置の前記流体入口(226)を通じて前記流体導出管(215)に流入される流体をフィルタリング(240)するように配置された入り口フィルタ(219)を形成し、前記入り口フィルタ(219)の多孔性(porosity)は前記バッグフィルタ(240)の多孔性より大きい、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記ヘッダー(202)に連結され、前記貯蔵所容量部(204)内に配置され、前記サンプ(218)位置に隣接して前記流体に浸水(immerse)されるように構成されたヒーター(212)をさらに含み、前記ヒーター(212)は前記バッグフィルタ(240)内にも配置された、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記ヒーター(212)は冷却剤管(106)により形成される冷却剤作動ヒーター(212)であり、前記冷却剤管(106)は前記貯蔵所容量部(204)の最下部(bottom portion)に向かうコイル(224)セクションを形成し、前記コイル(224)セクションは前記流体導出管(215)の前記サンプ(218)位置をさらに囲む、請求項6に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記バッグフィルタ(240)はフェルト(felt)ファブリックで製造された、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記フェルトファブリックはポリエチレン物質で製造された、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記バッグフィルタ(240)は装着カラー(collar;242)に連結され、前記装着カラー(242)は前記ヘッダー(202)に連結された、請求項1に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記装着カラー(242)は、前記ヘッダー(202)に対する前記装着カラー(242)の配向を制御するように前記ヘッダー(202)の特徴部と噛合いされる(engage)特徴部(260)を形成する、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記装着カラー(242)は、略円筒形状であり、前記バッグフィルタ(240)に沿って前記貯蔵所容量部(204)に向かって延長される複数のレッグ(leg;258)を形成し、
前記複数のレッグ(258)は、前記装着カラー(242)の周辺に沿って配列されて前記装着カラーを支持するように前記バッグフィルタ(240)内に配置された、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。 - 前記バッグフィルタ(240)は前記バッグフィルタの開放端部でカラー部(300)を含み、前記カラー部(300)は、前記カラー部の円形ループ(304)に沿って少なくとも一つの切欠き部(cutout)を形成し、前記ループ(304)は前記カラー部(300)周りの周辺で貫通延長されるスロット(306)を定義し、前記スロット(306)は前記カラー部(300)を前記装着カラー(242)に固定するためのクランプ(250)バンドを内部に収容するように構成された、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
- 前記バッグフィルタのマウス(mouth)に沿って前記バッグフィルタ(240)に連結され、内側の部分(312)を形成する概略中空円筒形状を有する第1カラー(308);
前記第1カラー(308)の内側の部分(312)に連結され、前記第1カラー(308)の周辺に対して放射状内側に延長される複数のナブ(nub;314);
前記ヘッダー(202)に連結され、外側の部分を形成する概略中空円筒形状を有し、前記第1カラー(308)内に同心に(concentrically)嵌められるように構成された第2カラー(310);および
前記第2カラー(310)の外側の部分に形成され、前記複数のナブに対応する複数のチャネル(316)をさらに含み、
各チャネル(316)は、前記第1カラー(308)が前記第2カラー(310)周囲に配置される場合、前記ナブ(314)が前記ロック位置(320)に到達して前記バッグフィルタ(240)を前記ヘッダー(202)に解除可能に連結するまで前記第1カラー(308)が回転するにつれて前記複数のナブ(314)のそれぞれが各チャネル(316)に引き込まれてランプ(ramp)部分を追従するように前記ランプの部分(318)とロック部分(320)を形成する、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。 - リングを形成するように互いに連結された少なくとも二つの半円セグメントから形成されたフィルタ保持カラー(retainer collar;324)をさらに含み、
前記リングは前記バッグフィルタ(240)のマウスに連結され、前記リングはファスナー(241)により前記ヘッダー(202)の装着部分(322)に連結可能であり、これによって、前記バッグフィルタ(240)を前記ヘッダー(202)に連結可能な、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。 - 前記ヘッダー(202)に連結され、周辺で延長される溝(334)を形成するレセプター(332)をさらに含み、
前記溝(334)は、前記バッグフィルタ(240)のマウスに関連および連結された環状構造を内部に収容するように構成され、前記環状構造が前記溝(334)内に配置される場合、締まり嵌め(interference fit)が発生し、これによって、前記バッグフィルタ(240)を前記ヘッダー(202)に連結する、請求項10に記載の流体貯蔵所(128)。
