Claims (15)
- ハウジングと、
第1チャンバと、
第2チャンバであって、前記第1チャンバ及び第2チャンバは前記ハウジング内に位置して、前記第1チャンバは前記第2チャンバから構造的に独立しており、前記第1チャンバが湿潤コンポーネントを保管するように構成されている、第2チャンバと、
前記第1チャンバと前記第2チャンバとの間に配置される移動体であって、前記移動体は、前記第1チャンバと前記第2チャンバとの間に配置される流体チャネルを含む、移動体と、
