Description
Claims (8)
- プレスフィッティング用のプレスデバイスを駆動する機械力を伝達するためのデバイスであって、
作動流体用の貯蔵容器(4)を有し、
ポンプピストン(6)を備えたポンプシリンダ(8)を有し、
作動ピストン(10)を備えた作動シリンダ(12)を有し、
前記貯蔵容器(4)を前記ポンプシリンダ(8)に接続するための第一ライン(14)を有し、
前記ポンプシリンダ(8)を前記作動シリンダ(12)に接続するための第二ライン(16)を有し、
前記作動シリンダ(12)を前記貯蔵容器(4)に接続するための第三ライン(18)を有し、
前記第一ライン(14)に、前記ポンプシリンダ(8)から前記貯蔵容器(4)内への作動流体の戻り流を防ぐための手段(20)が提供され、
前記第二ライン(16)に、前記作動シリンダ(12)から前記ポンプシリンダ(8)内への作動流体の戻り流を防ぐための手段(22)が提供され、
前記第三ライン(18)を開閉するための切換手段(24)が提供され、
前記作動シリンダ(12)のピストン変位(VA)は、前記ポンプシリンダ(8)のピストン変位(VP)よりも大きくなるように構成され、
前記第一ライン(14)および前記第二ライン(16)における戻り流を防ぐための前記手段は、逆止弁(20、22)として設計され、
前記第三ライン(18)の前記切換手段は、切換弁(24)として設計される、
デバイスであって、
前記第二ライン(16)に設けられた前記逆止弁(22)の後に圧力制限弁(42)を備えた第四ライン(40)が流れ方向に分岐し、制御ライン(44)が前記圧力制限弁(42)を前記切換弁(24)に接続する、および、
前記切換弁(24)は機械プランジャ(46)を有し、前記作動ピストン(10)は、戻りストローク中に前記作動ピストン(10)が前記プランジャ(46)を作動させ、前記切換弁(24)を閉じるように設けられる、ものとされ、且つ、
前記作動シリンダ(12)内の前記作動ピストン(10)は、圧縮バネ(38)によりプリテンションがかけられる、
ことを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記作動シリンダ(12)のピストン変位(VA)は、前記ポンプシリンダ(8)のピストン変位(VP)の少なくとも二倍、特に数倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記貯蔵容器(4)は、少なくとも一つの圧力要素、特に少なくとも一つの圧縮バネ(30)または蓄圧器によりプリテンションがかけられた蓋(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第三ライン(18)は絞り弁(48)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記作動シリンダ側の前記絞り弁(48)の入力と前記ポンプシリンダ(8)との間に第五ライン(50)が提供され、
前記第五ライン(50)に、前記ポンプシリンダ(8)から前記第三ライン(18)内への作動流体の戻り流を防ぐための手段(52)、特に逆止弁が提供される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ポンプシリンダ(8)は、前記作動シリンダ(12)とは反対方向に動作することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のデバイスを使用する、プレスフィッティング用のプレスデバイスを駆動する機械力を伝達するための方法であって、
作動流体がポンプシリンダにより二回以上のストロークで作動シリンダに送り込まれ、
前記作動シリンダ内の圧力が前記ポンプシリンダの各二回のストロークの合間に維持され、
前記作動シリンダ内の終端圧力に達した後に前記作動流体が前記作動シリンダから排出される、
方法。 - 前記作動流体は、絞られたやり方で排出され、
前記作動流体の圧力は、前記作動シリンダからの前記排出の開始直後に前記ポンプシリンダ内の圧力蓄積の生成をオフにするために使用される、
請求項7に記載の方法。
