Claims (7)
- 空気圧で駆動される締め金具取り付け工具であって、ヘッド部と、ハンドル部と、増圧ロッドに連結された空気圧ピストンを備えた空気圧取り付け手段を備えており、前記増圧ロッドは、この工具の前記ハンドル部の内部の主チャンネル内に伸張し、前記主チャンネルの内部に引っ張りピストンと戻しピストンが設けられており、前記引っ張りピストンと前記戻しピストンは、前記ヘッド部に設けられたヘッドピストンに油圧的に連通されており、前記引っ張りピストンと前記戻しピストンは、前記主チャンネルの軸方向に前記増圧ロッドに対して前記主チャンネルの内部を自由に移動し、使用に際して、前記増圧ロッドは、前記主チャンネルに沿って前記引っ張りピストン及び前記戻しピストンを軸方向に移動させるように前記引っ張りピストン及び前記戻しピストンに接触し、前記工具は前記ヘッドピストンの引っ張り行程と戻し行程を備えたサイクルを実行し、それによって締め金具が取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする工具。
- 油回路をさらに備え、前記油回路は、逆止弁及び圧力バックアップ弁をそれぞれ有する複数の経路を介して前記主チャンネルに接続された、正圧が加えられた油タンク、及び前記油タンクの内部の浮遊油タンクピストンを備え、前記逆止弁は、前記主チャンネルの戻し側から前記油タンクに油が流れ込むのを阻止するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記油タンクは、前記工具の前記ハンドル部に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記工具は、戻し側の油の過度の容積によって実現される一体化されたタンクを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記空気圧ピストンに嵌め込まれたシール部材をさらに備え、前記シール部材は、前記空気圧ピストンが前記戻し行程の終点にあるときに、前記空気圧ピストンの引っ張り側の空気の吸入孔/排気孔を密閉するように作用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工具。
- 前記空気圧ピストンを貫通する開口をさらに備え、前記開口は、前記空気圧ピストンを突き抜けて空気が流れるように作用することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工具。
- 前記空気圧ピストンを貫通する開口をさらに備え、前記開口は、前記空気圧ピストンを突き抜けて空気が流れるように作用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の工具。
