Description
−ルーフパネルから溶接溝チャネルを越えて側面パネルに向かって延在する接着剤フィルム(20)のセクションを接着せずに、接着剤フィルム(20)を車のルーフパネル(30)に貼り付ける工程と、
−溶接溝チャネル上で請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の切断ツール(100)を移動させることによって、接着剤フィルムの接着されていないセクションを切断する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
3M Coから商業的に入手可能なScotchcal(登録商標)フィルムのロールを、誘導バーに挿入した。次いで、SKODA FABIA車のルーフパネルを被覆するのに十分な長さを有するScotchcal(登録商標)フィルムの一片を、このロールから巻き出し、適用フレームに挿入し、切断した。剥離ライナをScotchcal(登録商標)フィルムから除去し、フィルムを車のルーフパネル上に配置し、ルーフ上へ降ろし、ルーフパネルの表面に接着させた。車のルーフパネルの縁部に隣接するScotchcal(登録商標)フィルムの部分は、ルーフパネルに接着させなかった。次いで、図3A〜3Cに示される自己誘導切断ツールを、誘導ホイールが車の側面パネル上に配置された状態でルーフ溝上に配置し、ルーフ溝上を側面パネルに沿って前方から後方方向に移動させて、接着されていないScotchcal(登録商標)フィルムを切断した。
Claims (10)
- 車のルーフパネルに適用される接着剤フィルムを切断するための自己誘導切断ツールであって、前記ルーフパネルが、溶接溝チャネルを含む接合領域によって、前記車の側面パネルに接続され、前記切断ツールが、切断デバイスと、前記側面パネルに沿って前記接合領域の前記溶接溝チャネル上で前記切断デバイスを誘導する少なくとも1つの誘導手段と、前記ルーフパネル上に配置されていると共に、前記切断デバイスを前記接合領域の前記溶接溝チャネル上で移動させることを可能にする、少なくとも1つの輸送手段と、を備え、前記接合領域が隆起した領域又は陥凹した領域を含み、前記誘導手段が、機械で動作する、自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記誘導手段が、前記側面パネルの一部分に係合し、かつ前記車の前方部から後方部へ、又はその逆の方向における、前記側面パネルに沿った前記切断ツールの移動を可能にするように構成されるホイールである、請求項1に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 少なくとも2つの誘導手段を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記切断デバイスが、前記誘導手段と前記輸送手段との間に位置付けられる、又は、前記輸送手段が、切断デバイスと前記誘導手段との間に位置付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記ルーフ溝チャネル上を移動させられるとき、前記切断デバイスが前記ルーフパネルに接触することを防止するように、前記切断デバイスの底部を囲繞する保護筐体を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記輸送手段は、ホイールであり、当該ホイールは、それが、前記溶接溝チャネルの隆起した領域と係合するように離間及び構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記誘導手段及び前記輸送手段は、ホイールであり、当該ホイールは、前記誘導手段が、前記側面パネルの一部分と係合するように、かつ前記輸送手段が、前記溶接溝チャネルの隆起した領域と係合するように構成され、位置付けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 前記輸送手段は、ホイールであり、当該ホイールは、前記切断ツールに対向する当該ホイールの前記側面が、それとは反対の側面とは異なる直径を有するように、角のある部分を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツール。
- 互いに接合されて溶接溝チャネルを含む接合領域を形成するルーフパネル及び側面パネルを含む、組み立てられた車と、接着剤フィルムを前記ルーフパネルに適用するためのユニットと、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の自己誘導切断ツールと、を備える、組み立てライン。
- 接着剤フィルムを車のルーフパネルに適用する方法であって、前記ルーフパネルが、溶接溝チャネルを含む接合領域によって前記車の側面パネルに接続され、
前記ルーフパネルから前記溶接溝チャネルを越えて前記側面パネルに向かって延在する前記接着剤フィルムのセクションを接着せずに、前記接着剤フィルムを前記車の前記ルーフパネルに貼り付ける工程と、
前記溶接溝チャネル上で請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の切断ツールを移動させることによって、前記接着剤フィルムの前記接着されていないセクションを切断する工程と、を含む、方法。
