Claims (9)
- 流体を調量する弁(1)であって、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、弁座面(10)と協働してシール座を成す弁閉鎖体(8)を操作するために役立つ弁ニードル(7)と、を備え、前記弁ニードル(7)には、前記弁ニードル(7)に対して固定された少なくとも1つのストッパ(12、13)が配置されており、前記少なくとも1つのストッパ(12、13)は、前記弁ニードル(7)上を案内され前記シール座の開放又は閉鎖のために役立つアーマチャ(4)の移動を制限し、前記シール座の開放時又は閉鎖時に減衰を可能とする少なくとも1つの減衰要素(30)が設けられる、前記弁(1)において、
前記減衰要素(30)は、液状媒体を充填可能な容積室(31)を有し、前記減衰要素(30)は、当該減衰要素(30)の、前記液状媒体を充填可能な前記容積室(31)と、前記減衰要素(30)の周辺領域(22)と、の間での液状媒体の置換が可能となるように構成され、前記減衰要素(30)は、前記減衰を可能とするために前記減衰要素(30)の前記液状媒体を充填可能な前記容積室(31)の容積変化が可能となるように、構成され、
前記減衰要素(30)は、透過性のカバー(33)を有し、前記カバー(33)の内部空間(32)に設けられた、前記減衰要素(30)の前記液状媒体を充填可能な前記容積室(31)と、前記減衰要素(30)の前記周辺領域(22)と、の間の置換が、前記カバー(33)を介して可能となっており、
前記減衰要素(30)の前記カバー(33)は、変形可能なカバー(33)として構成されることを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記減衰要素(30)の前記カバー(33)は、金属製の網状構造体(33)又は穴が開いた金属壁(33)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記カバー(33)の内部に設けられた前記内部空間(32)は、部分的に、弾性に変形可能な金属メッシュ(40)で満たされることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記カバー(33)の内部に設けられた前記内部空間(32)は、少なくともほぼ完全に液状媒体で充填されうることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(30)は、多孔質の発泡金属(40)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(30)は、前記ストッパ(12、13)と前記アーマチャ(4)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(30)は、前記ストッパ(12、13)に対して平行に配置され、前記アーマチャ(4)は、前記ストッパ(12、13)へと移動する際には最初に前記減衰要素(30)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(30)は、前記ストッパ(12、13)と前記弁閉鎖体(8)との間の前記弁ニードル(7)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁(1)が、内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
