Description
Claims (8)
- 充填対象にガスを充填するガス充填装置であって、
加圧された前記ガスを流通させるガス流路と、
前記充填対象に前記ガスを充填する充填ホースを前記ガス流路側に接続する接続部と、
ガス充填の初期段階において、前記ガスの流量の調整によって、前記充填対象へ充填される前記ガスの圧力上昇加速度の増加を抑制する抑制機構と、を備えるガス充填装置。 - 前記接続部は、前記充填ホースに所定の荷重が作用する時に、前記充填ホースを離脱可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記接続部は、緊急離脱カップラである、請求項2に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記抑制機構は、前記圧力上昇加速度の増加を抑制する制御を行う制御部を備える、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記ガス流路上に設けられ、前記ガスの流れを遮断すると共に圧縮空気によって開かれる遮断弁を備え、
前記抑制機構は、前記遮断弁の圧縮空気を流す駆動ライン上に設けられる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のガス充填装置。 - 前記抑制機構は、前記圧縮空気の圧力上昇速度を低下させて前記遮断弁の開度速度を低下させることで、前記圧力上昇加速度の増加を抑制する、請求項5に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記抑制機構は、前記ガス流路上に設けられる、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記接続部に接続される前記充填ホースを更に備え、
前記充填ホースの長さ方向における収縮率は2%以下である、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のガス充填装置。
