Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる付加製造加工機の斜視図である。図2は、図1に示すA部分を拡大した図である。図3は、図2に示すB部分を拡大した図である。なお、以下では、鉛直方向に沿ったZ軸、Z軸に直交するX軸、Z軸およびX軸に直交するY軸を定義して説明する。
Claims (10)
- レーザー光を射出するレーザー射出部と、
前記レーザー光で溶融させる溶融材料を前記レーザー光の光路に供給する材料供給部と、
前記溶融材料により造形物が造形されるワークを保持可能なワーク保持部と、を備え、
前記ワーク保持部は、第1の板と、前記第1の板よりも前記レーザー射出部側に設けられた第2の板と、前記第1の板と前記第2の板とに挟み込まれた複数のフィンと、を有し、
前記第1の板の熱伝導率は、前記第2の板および前記フィンの低熱伝導率以下であることを特徴とする付加製造加工機。 - 前記第1の板および前記第2の板の少なくとも一方には、貫通穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付加製造加工機。
- 前記ワーク保持部の前記レーザー射出部とは反対側に接続された断熱機構と、
前記ワーク保持部との間に前記断熱機構を挟んで前記断熱機構に接続されたパレットと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の付加製造加工機。 - 前記断熱機構は、前記ワーク保持部に向けて前記パレットを貫通して軸部の先端が前記第1の板にねじ込まれたボルトと、前記第1の板と前記パレットの間に挟み込まれるスペーサと、を有し、
前記ボルトおよび前記スペーサは、前記第2の板および前記フィンよりも低熱伝導率の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の付加製造加工機。 - 前記断熱機構は、前記第2の板および前記フィンよりも低熱伝導率の材料で形成されるとともに、前記第1の板と前記パレットとの間に挟み込まれた断熱材と、前記断熱材と前記第1の板とを締結するボルトと、前記断熱材と前記パレットとを締結するボルトと、を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の付加製造加工機。
- 前記パレットを回転させる可動テーブルをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造加工機。
- 前記パレットが固定されたチャックと、
前記チャックの周囲を取り囲む領域および前記レーザー射出部を取り囲む領域の少なくとも一方に配置されて空気を排出する空気排出ダクトと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造加工機。 - 前記空気排出ダクトが排出する空気と同量の空気を前記レーザー射出部と前記ワーク保持部との間に吹き出す空気取入ダクトをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の付加製造加工機。
- 前記空気取入ダクトからの空気の取入れ量、または前記空気排出ダクトからの空気の排出量をV[L/min]とし、前記レーザー光の入熱量をQ[W]とした場合に、V≧0.512×Qとなることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の付加製造加工機。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の付加製造加工機における冷却方法であって、
前記造形物が造形された後、前記ワーク保持部を回転させることを特徴とする冷却方法。
