Claims (4)
- 帯状金属及び少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造を含む三次元の多孔性複合材料において、前記帯状金属の間に多孔性構造が形成され、少なくとも一つの前記カーボンナノチューブ構造が前記帯状金属の中に設置され、少なくとも一つの前記カーボンナノチューブ構造は、少なくとも一層のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、少なくとも一層の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、複数のカーボンナノチューブは端と端が接続され、且つ同じ方向に沿って配向して配列されることを特徴とする三次元の多孔性複合材料。
- 前記多孔性構造は、複数の孔を有して、複数の前記孔の直径が100マイクロメートル以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元の多孔性複合材料。
- 少なくとも一つの前記カーボンナノチューブ構造が前記帯状金属の中に設置されることは、少なくとも一層の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおける一部分のカーボンナノチューブが前記帯状金属の中に嵌め込まれ、一部分のカーボンナノチューブが複数の孔の内部に位置し、及び/又は一部分のカーボンナノチューブが複数の孔によって露出することであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元の多孔性複合材料。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブと帯状金属との接触箇所は、整合界面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の三次元の多孔性複合材料。
