Description
(a)自航モード:該モードは、自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船がダクトプロペラの推進を通じて作業海域まで運航する状態と、作業海域から帰航する状態と、作業海域において作業地点の位置決めを微調整する状態とを含み;自己運航モードの時、レグは上昇し、レグハウスが台船本体内に引っ込まれ、潜水モジュールもムーンプール内に回収され、潜水モジュール底板の底面と台船本体の船底面が面一となり、バラストタンク内にバラスト水がなく、タワークレーン及びガントリークレーンが安全な位置に引っ込まれ;作業海域で位置決めの微調整時、動力位置決めシステムは、ダクトプロペラの動作を制御し、この場合タワークレーン及びガントリークレーンが正常な操作を行い、ムーンプール内の潜水作業甲板上に測量設備を配置し;
(b)レグの押さえ付け及び直立モード:自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船が海域の作業地点に達すと、レグが降下され、レグハウスが海底に着地し;この時、ポンプ室のバラストポンプを通じてバラストタンクに注水することで、台船本体の重量が増し、またレグ固定エリア内の機構を通じて台船本体を浮揚させて波の達しない海面上の高さまで持ち上げ;
(c)潜水モジュールの水中作業モード:ムーンプール内の潜水作業甲板上に測量設備を配置し、巻き上げ装置を通じて潜水モジュールが水中に沈められ、水中又は海底の作業を行い、作業が終了した後、巻き上げ装置を通じて潜水モジュールをムーンプール内に回収し;
(d)レグを上げるモード:まずレグ固定エリア内の機構を通じて、台船本体を水面に降下し、バラストタンク内のバラスト水を空になるまで吐き出し、そしてレグハウスの全部が台船本体内に引き込まれるまで、引き続きレグを上げ;
(e)深海作業モード:(b)及び(d)のモードが必要ない。

Claims (2)
- 台船本体(1)と、台船本体(1)後端の下方に位置する2個のダクトプロペラ(4)と、台船本体(1)前端の甲板上に位置する居住室(8)と、を含む自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船であって、前記自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船は、昇降して台船本体(1)を支持するレグ(6)とタワークレーン(7)と潜水モジュール(9)と巻き上げ装置(10)とガントリークレーン(11)とを更に含み、前記台船本体(1)が矩形構造を用い、前記台船本体(1)上に前記台船本体(1)の型深さ範囲まで貫いた矩形ムーンプール(2)が設けられ、前記台船本体(1)の四隅に各々1本の前記レグ(6)が設けられ、後端にある1本の前記レグ(6)上に前記レグ(6)の外周を嵌め込む前記タワークレーン(7)が設けられ、前記ムーンプール(2)の両側甲板上に前記ガントリークレーン(11)を支持するレール(12)が平行に設けられ、前記ムーンプール(2)四隅の甲板上に各々1台の前記巻き上げ装置(10)が設けられ、各前記巻き上げ装置(10)は各々ワイヤーロープ(10d)を通じて寸法が前記ムーンプール(2)より小さい前記潜水モジュール(9)の四隅に連結され;前記潜水モジュール(9)は、複数のガーダ構成部材(9b)で潜水作業甲板(9a)と潜水モジュール底板(9c)の構造を固結し;前記ムーンプール(2)の両側壁上に両側の操作室(1a)と連結する水密戸(3)が設けられることを特徴とする、自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船。
- 請求項1に記載の自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船の使用方法であって、用いるステップは、以下の通りとし、
(a)自航モード:前記モードは、自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船がダクトプロペラ(4)の推進を通じて作業海域まで運航する状態と、作業海域から帰航する状態と、作業海域において作業地点の位置決めを微調整する状態とを含み;自己運航モードの時、レグ(6)は上昇し、レグハウス(6a)が台船本体(1)内に引っ込まれ、潜水モジュール(9)もムーンプール(2)内に回収され、潜水モジュール底板(9c)の底面と前記台船本体(1)の船底面が面一となり、バラストタンク(1c)内にバラスト水がなく、タワークレーン(7)及びガントリークレーン(11)が安全な位置に引っ込まれ;作業海域で位置決めの微調整時、動力位置決めシステムは、前記ダクトプロペラ(4)の動作を制御し、この場合前記タワークレーン(7)及び前記ガントリークレーン(11)が正常な操作を行い、前記ムーンプール(2)内の潜水作業甲板(9a)上に測量設備を配置し;
(b)レグの押さえ付け及び直立モード:前記自己昇降式潜水形水中作業台船が海域の作業地点に達すと、前記レグ(6)が降下され、前記レグハウス(6a)が海底に着地し;この時、ポンプ室(1f)のバラストポンプを通じて前記バラストタンク(1c)に注水することで、前記台船本体(1)の重量が増し、またレグ固定エリア内の機構を通じて前記台船本体(1)を浮揚させて波の達しない海面上の高さまで持ち上げ;
(c)潜水モジュールの水中作業モード:前記ムーンプール(2)内の前記潜水作業甲板(9a)上に測量設備を配置し、巻き上げ装置(10)を通じて前記潜水モジュール(9)が水中に沈められ、水中又は海底の作業を行い、作業が終了した後、前記巻き上げ装置(10)を通じて前記潜水モジュール(9)を前記ムーンプール(2)内に回収し;
(d)レグを上げるモード:まずレグ固定エリア(1h)内の機構を通じて、前記台船本体(1)を水面に降下し、前記バラストタンク(1c)内のバラスト水を空になるまで吐き出し、そして前記レグハウス(6a)の全部が前記台船本体(1)内に引き込まれるまで、引き続き前記レグ(6)を上げ;
(e)深海作業モード:(b)及び(d)のモードが必要ないことを特徴とする、使用方法。
