Abstract
Description
そこで、電気部品を収容する凹部を有し、表面側の平面に半導体スイッチング素子が搭載される蓋と、この凹部の側面部に冷媒が流れるように冷却流路を形成されたケースとを備えた電力変換装置が提案されている。(例えば、特許文献1参照)。特許文献1の電力変換装置においては、蓋の表面側に回路基板が固定される。
以下に、実施の形態1を図1から図2Bに基づいて説明する。図1は、実施の形態1における電力変換装置を示す概略回路図である。電力変換装置1000は、交流電源901から出力される交流電力を所望の電圧の直流電力に変換して負荷902に供給するもので、交流電源901からの電流が流れる主回路900と、主回路900が備える複数のスイッチング素子S11〜S14を駆動制御する制御回路903を備えている。複数のスイッチング素子S11〜S14および種々の主回路部品は、主回路配線200により互いに接続され、主回路900を構成している。また、複数のスイッチング素子S11〜S14と制御回路903は、主回路配線200と電気的に絶縁された制御配線300によりそれぞれ接続されている。なお、実施の形態1における「主回路部品」はリアクトル401、コンデンサ402、トランス403、およびリアクトル404であるが、「主回路部品」はこれらに限らず、電力変換装置において主回路を構成する全ての電気部品およびこれらの組み合わせが含まれる。
以下に、実施の形態2を図3に基づいて説明する。なお、図1から図2Bと同一または相当部分については同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。図3は、実施の形態2における電力変換装置を示す部分側面図である。図3は、実施の形態1の電力変換装置1000に対応する電力変換装置1010のうち、任意の主回路部品400周辺を側方から見た場合の図である。実施の形態2は、第1の主回路配線および第2の主回路配線と主回路部品を接続する端子を2つの分割端子に分割したものである。
従って、例示されていない無数の変形例が、本願に開示される技術の範囲内において想定される。例えば、少なくとも1つの構成要素を変形する場合、追加する場合または省略する場合、さらには、少なくとも1つの構成要素を抽出し、他の実施の形態の構成要素と組み合わせる場合が含まれるものとする。
Claims (6)
- 主回路部品および複数のスイッチング素子を互いに接続して主回路を構成する主回路配線と、前記複数のスイッチング素子を駆動制御する制御回路と前記複数のスイッチング素子を接続する制御配線とが1つの基板に配線された電力変換装置において、
前記主回路配線は、前記基板上において互いに離間して配線された第1の主回路配線および第2の主回路配線を有し、
前記制御配線は、前記基板上において前記第1の主回路配線および前記第2の主回路配線の間に配線され、
前記制御配線および前記基板から前記基板の厚さ方向に離間して配置され、前記第1の主回路配線および前記第2の主回路配線にそれぞれ接続される第1の端子および第2の端子が前記基板の面方向についての一端部および他端部にそれぞれ設けられた主回路部品を介して前記第1の主回路配線および前記第2の主回路配線が接続されていることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記制御配線の一部または全部は、前記主回路部品の前記基板への投影面に重ねて配置されている請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記主回路部品と前記基板の間には、接地された板状の金属部材が配置されている請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記主回路部品の前記基板への投影面は、前記金属部材の前記基板への投影面内に納まっている請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記第1の端子および前記第2の端子が、前記主回路部品に接続される第1の分割端子、前記第1の主回路配線および前記第2の主回路配線に接続される第2の分割端子、および前記第1の分割端子と前記第2の分割端子を電気的に接続する導電性の中間部材により構成され、前記第2の分割端子と前記中間部材の接続位置が、前記第1の分割端子と前記中間部材の接続位置よりも外側に配置されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記主回路部品は、リアクトルまたはトランスを含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
