Description
Claims (10)
- パワーアセンブリが取り付けられた容器の内部容積から製品を放出する方法であって、
(1)前記パワーアセンブリのアクチュエータスリーブを、前記容器に対して一方向に360度以下回転させ、ある量の前記製品を前記内部容積から前記パワーアセンブリ内に位置するポンプチャンバ内に引き込み、前記ポンプチャンバを加圧するステップと、
(2)前記パワーアセンブリのアクチュエータを一時的に押し下げ、前記ポンプチャンバと流体連通し且つ通常は閉位置に付勢されているバルブを開放し、前記アクチュエータが一時的に押し下げられている間、前記ポンプチャンバからノズルを介して前記製品の一部を放出するステップと、
(3)前記ステップ(1)において前記ポンプチャンバ内に引き込んだ前記製品の全てが前記ノズルを介して放出される前に、前記アクチュエータにかかる圧力を解放して前記バルブを前記閉位置に戻すステップと、
(4)前記ステップ(1)において前記ポンプチャンバ内に引き込んだ前記製品の全てが前記ノズルを介して放出されるまで、前記アクチュエータの再度の押し下げと再度の圧力の解放とを、連続的に1回以上行うステップと、
(5)前記ステップ(1)から前記ステップ(4)を繰り返して、前記容器の前記内部容積から追加量の前記製品を引き出し、前記追加量の前記製品を前記ノズルを介して放出するステップとを含み、
前記製品が前記容器から放出される間、前記パワーアセンブリは前記容器に対して回転せず、
前記パワーアセンブリは、前記ステップ(1)における回転の前記一方向とは逆の方向には前記容器に対して回転しない方法。 - 前記ステップ(1)において前記ポンプチャンバ内に引き込むことが可能な、前記容器の前記内部容積内の前記製品の全量が放出されるまで、前記ステップ(1)から前記ステップ(5)が連続的に繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記容器は手持ち式の容器であり、前記アクチュエータスリーブは手動で回転され、前記アクチュエータは手動で加圧されることで一時的に押し下げられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記製品は、噴霧状に前記ノズルから放出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パワーアセンブリは、取り外せないように前記容器に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(3)と前記ステップ(4)との間で、前記アクチュエータは前記容器に対して全く回転しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(1)において、前記アクチュエータスリーブが、前記容器に対して前記一方向に、フル回転の一部分だけで回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(1)における前記ポンプチャンバの加圧は、エネルギ蓄積装置を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ蓄積装置は、ばね、弾性体及びガスのうち1つ以上を利用して、前記ポンプチャンバを加圧するピストンに圧力をかけることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンが前記ポンプチャンバの底部に対して休止位置の近傍にあるとき、前記ステップ(1)において前記ポンプチャンバに引き込まれた前記製品を放出可能とするのに十分な圧力が前記ピストンに対してかかるように、前記エネルギ蓄積装置が予圧又は予圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
