Claims (4)
- 送り込むべき流体を収容するためのポンプチャンバを有しているハウジングと、

前記シリンダの内部において往復運動するように滑動するピストンであって、前記ピストンが、ピストンチャンバを形成しており、前記ピストンチャンバが、端部を備えている、前記ピストンと、
前記ピストンチャンバに通じている弁と、
前記ピストンチャンバの内部に滑動可能に取り付けられている弁スプールであって、第1の位置において前記弁をカバーしており、第2の位置において前記弁を露出させている前記弁スプールと、
前記ピストンチャンバの内部に且つ前記弁スプールと前記ピストンチャンバの前記端部との間に滑動可能に取り付けられている可動式スペーサと、
プランジャを介して前記弁スプールに接続されており、前記ハウジングによって支持されているダイアフラムであって、前記ダイアフラムが、ポンプチャンバ側面と輸送チャンバ側面とを有しており、前記ポンプチャンバ側面が、前記ポンプチャンバを少なくとも部分的に形成しており、前記輸送チャンバ側面が、前記輸送チャンバを少なくとも部分的に形成している、前記ダイアフラムと、
前記ピストンチャンバの内部において前記弁スプールと前記可動式スペーサの第1の側面とに接触している第1のバネであって、第1のバネ定数を有している前記第1のバネと、
前記ピストンチャンバの内部において前記ピストンチャンバの前記端部と前記可動式スペーサの第2の側面とに接触している第2のバネであって、前記第1のバネ定数より大きい第2のバネ定数を有している前記第2のバネと、
を備えていることを特徴とするダイアフラムポンプ。 - 前記弁が、前記ピストンにポートを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
- 前記プランジャが、前記作動液リザーバから前記輸送チャンバに至る流通経路を形成している中空シャフトを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
- 前記ダイアフラムポンプが、前記ピストンを作動させるために給電するためのモータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイアフラムポンプ。
