Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの摺動要素(11)が軸心(12)に沿って軸方向に移動可能に受け止められている主軸(10)を有するカム軸(1)であって、前記主軸(10)が、前記摺動要素(11)が回転方向に固定されるようにして前記主軸(10)に配置されるように、前記摺動要素(11)の通路に導入された内側スプライン構造(14)と噛み合う外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)を有し、前記摺動要素(11)の軸方向のずれを最小限にするために、前記摺動要素(11)がその軸方向の端面に誘導部分(15)を有し、これにより前記摺動要素(11)が前記主軸(10)の表面で誘導されるカム軸(1)において、
前記摺動要素(11)の前記誘導部分(15)を支持する誘導スリーブ(16)が、前記主軸(10)に受け止められており、
前記誘導スリーブ(16)が内側スプライン構造(17)を有し、
該内側スプライン構造(17)は、
前記誘導スリーブ(16)が前記主軸(10)の前記外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)又は円筒状の受け止め部分(25)に対して回転不可能にかつ軸方向に移動可能に設けられるように、かつ、前記誘導スリーブ(16)が前記円筒状の受け止め部分(25)に到達すると該円筒状の受け止め部分(25)に対して移動不可能に設けられるように、
構成されている、ことを特徴とするカム軸(1)。 - 前記誘導スリーブ(16)が前記主軸(10)に焼き嵌め又は押圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記誘導スリーブ(16)が、前記軸心の方向において、前記外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)と前記内側スプライン構造(14)とが係合する領域に対して横側に、前記主軸(10)の表面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)が、前記誘導スリーブ(16)の前記内側スプライン構造(17)が前記軸心(12)に沿った位置とは関係なく前記外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)と噛み合うように設けられ得るように、前記軸心(12)に沿った切れ目を有さないことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記主軸(10)が、回転方向に移動可能に軸受ブラケット(19)に配置可能とされ、前記誘導スリーブ(16)が、前記軸受ブラケット(19)における取り付けのための軸受内輪を形成する長手方向部分(16a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記誘導スリーブ(16)が円筒状の外周面(20)を有し、これに対して前記摺動要素(11)の前記誘導部分(15)及び好ましくは軸受ブラケット(19)が支持され、かつ/又は前記主軸(10)の前記外側長手方向スプライン構造(13)が、前記軸受ブラケット(19)と共にすべり軸受装置を形成する前記誘導スリーブ(16)の長手方向部分(16a)に切れ目部分(18)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記摺動要素(11)の前記誘導部分(15)が、前記摺動要素(11)が軸方向にずれることができる一方で、前記誘導スリーブ(16)における前記誘導部分(15)の誘導も維持されるようにして、前記誘導スリーブ(16)と軸方向に重複するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のカム軸(1)。
- 前記摺動要素(11)が前記摺動要素(11)の機能要素(22)を受け止める保持チューブ(21)を含み、前記誘導部分(15)が少なくとも1つの機能要素(22)の表面に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のカム軸(1)。
