Claims (5)
- 炉本体内部から発生する排ガスが通る排気路を備えた炭化炉であって、
前記排気路は、排ガスの入口となる流入口と、排ガスの出口となる排出口と、前記流入口と前記排出口との間において排ガスが流れる伝熱部と、当該伝熱部を通った排ガスを再び炉本体内へと送る再供給口と、前記伝熱部と前記排出口及び前記再供給口との間に配置され、前記伝熱部を通った排ガスを前記排出口と前記再供給口との双方に分けて送るための分岐部とから構成されており、
前記排気路が、排ガスの流れを生み出すための送風機を内部に備えており、
前記伝熱部が、炉本体の外周側面と接するように配置されており、
前記流入口が、前記伝熱部よりも上側に位置し、
前記再供給口が、前記伝熱部よりも下側に位置していることを特徴とする炭化炉。 - 炉本体の外周側面と接するように配置されている前記伝熱部の長さが、炉本体外径の長さの50%よりも長くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭化炉。
- 前記伝熱部の断面が中空箱形となっており、その箱形を形成する外側面の一つが、炉本体の外周側面と密接していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭化炉。
- 前記伝熱部の内部において、排ガスを加熱するためのヒーターを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭化炉。
- 前記流入口と前記送風機との間にフィルター管路が配置されており、当該フィルター管路の内側において、フィルターカセットが交換可能に収納されており、当該フィルターカセットの端部において、金属製の網とフランジを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭化炉。
