Claims (4)
- 核酸を含む反応試料を収納する窪みが複数配列される反応容器を保持する保持部と、
前記保持部の鉛直方向下方に配置され、前記保持部を加熱及び冷却して前記反応試料の温度を調節する温度調節部と、
前記温度調節部の鉛直方向下方に配置され、前記温度調節部を放熱する放熱部と、
前記放熱部の鉛直方向下方に配置され、前記放熱部側の空気を吸い込んで鉛直方向下方に吐き出し、前記放熱部を冷却するファンと、
前記ファンの鉛直方向下方に入口が位置するように配置され、前記ファンと装置の外部とを接続する排気ダクトと、
を備え、
前記排気ダクトは、前記ファンから鉛直方向下方に進行する排気を水平方向に進行させて出口から排出し、
前記排気ダクトにおける、排気の進行方向が鉛直方向下方から水平方向に曲がる領域を形成する部分は、排気の曲進方向の内側及び外側の少なくとも一方の壁面が、排気流れ方向の上流側よりも下流側が前記出口に近づくように傾斜した形状を有することを特徴とする核酸増幅装置。 - 前記排気ダクトは、少なくとも一部が金属板で形成される請求項1に記載の核酸増幅装置。
- 前記温度調節部に駆動電圧を供給するスイッチング電源をさらに備え、
前記スイッチング電源は、前記金属板に熱的に接続される請求項2に記載の核酸増幅装置。 - 前記温度調節部は、熱電素子を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の核酸増幅装置。
