Description
本実施形態の内視鏡用光源装置1は、内視鏡100を用いて観察する対象物を照明するための照明光を発生させ出射する装置である。内視鏡用光源装置1は、略直方体形状の筐体からなり、その内部には各種の構成部材を有している。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態の内視鏡用光源装置について、図4を用いて以下にを説明する。図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態の内視鏡用光源装置の冷却装置の構成を示す概略構成図である。

である。また、各ヒートシンクの傾斜角度(θ1、θ2、θ3)のうち、傾斜角度θ1は第1ヒートシンク23a(第3の放熱部)の空気通過面の吸気面に対する傾斜角度である。同様に、傾斜角度θ2は第2ヒートシンク23b(第1の放熱部)の空気通過面の吸気面に対する傾斜角度である。さらに同様に、傾斜角度θ3は第3ヒートシンク23c(第4の放熱部)の空気通過面の吸気面に対する傾斜角度である。
Claims (7)
- 吸気口を有する筐体と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、発熱する第1の光源と接続され、かつ、前記吸気口から取り込まれた気体が通過することで冷却される第1の放熱部と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、発熱する第3の光源と接続され、かつ、前記吸気口から取り込まれた気体が通過することで冷却される第3の放熱部と、
前記第1の放熱部及び前記第3の放熱部に比べて必要な冷却量が低く、かつ、前記筐体内に設けられ、かつ発熱する第2の光源と接続され、かつ、前記第1の放熱部を通過した後の気体の流路と前記第3の放熱部を通過した後の気体の流路とが合流した流路上に配置され、当該合流した流路上において合流した気体が通過することで冷却される第2の放熱部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記第1の放熱部及び前記第3の放熱部よりも高い冷却性能を備え、前記筐体に設けられた前記吸気口から取り込まれた気体が通過することで冷却される第4の放熱部と、
前記第4の放熱部を通過する気体の流路と、前記第1の放熱部及び前記第3の放熱部を通過するそれぞれの気体の流路とを分断する整流部と、
を、さらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記筐体は、一側面に前記吸気口が設けられ、前記一側面に隣接する第2の側面に排気口が設けられて形成され、
前記第1の放熱部及び前記第3の放熱部は、前記吸気口から前記排気口へと向かう気体の流路に沿うように、前記吸気口の吸気面に対して各気体通過面が傾くように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記第1の放熱部及び前記第3の放熱部はヒートシンクであり、
前記第1の放熱部を通過する気体の通過方向に対して垂直な方向に延設され、前記第1の放熱部と接続されることで第1の光源からの熱を前記第1の放熱部へと伝導する第1のヒートパイプと、
前記第3の放熱部を通過する気体の通過方向に対して垂直な方向に延設され、前記第3の放熱部と接続されることで第3の光源からの熱を前記第3の放熱部へと伝導する第2のヒートパイプと、
を、さらに具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記第1の放熱部と前記第3の放熱部とのうち最も前記排気口に近い位置に配置される放熱部は、前記筐体の前記吸気口の開口面に対する気体通過面の傾斜角度が最も大きくなるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
- 前記筐体は、一側面に前記吸気口を有しかつ背面に前記第2の放熱部を通過した後の気体を排気する排気口を有し、前面に内視鏡が接続される接続部を有してなり、
前記第1の光源からの出射光と前記第2の光源からの出射光とを前記接続部へと導く光学部材を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。 - 前記第2の光源は、前記第1の光源に比べて、動作保障される光源の最大温度に対する光源の発熱量の比率が低い光源である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内視鏡用光源装置。
