前記バッテリの充電状態を値の高低によって表す変数が所定値以上である場合には、前記ハイブリッド車両の制動時に、前記第2モータジェネレータを発電機として作動して得られた回生電力によって前記第1モータジェネレータを電動機として駆動し、前記第1モータジェネレータの負荷を前記エンジンとする第一制御と、機械的ブレーキが制動力を供給するよう制御する第二制御と、のいずれかを行い、
前記変数が所定値以上であり、且つ、前記ハイブリッド車両が起動した時点から所定時間が経過するまでの間は、前記第二制御のみを行うハイブリッド車両の制御装置である。

Claims (1)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの動力によって発電する第1モータジェネレータと、
バッテリと、
駆動輪に接続され、前記バッテリ及び前記第1モータジェネレータの少なくとも一方からの電力供給によって駆動する第2モータジェネレータと、を備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記バッテリの充電状態を値の高低によって表す変数が所定値以上である場合には、前記ハイブリッド車両の制動時に、前記第2モータジェネレータを発電機として作動して得られた回生電力によって前記第1モータジェネレータを電動機として駆動し、前記第1モータジェネレータの負荷を前記エンジンとする第一制御と、機械的ブレーキが制動力を供給するよう制御する第二制御と、のいずれかを行い、
前記変数が所定値以上であり、且つ、前記ハイブリッド車両が起動した時点から所定時間が経過するまでの間は、前記第二制御のみを行うハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
