Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るエンコーダの斜視図である。実施の形態1に係るエンコーダ50は、シャフト5とともに回転する永久磁石4と、磁界の検出の感度に指向性を有し、読み取り方向の磁界の検出の感度が高く、読み取り方向に対する角度が大きい方向ほど磁界の検出の感度が低くなる磁気センサ1と、磁気センサ1が実装されたエンコーダ基板3と、非磁性材料で形成され、シャフト5を回転可能に支持するブラケット6と、エンコーダ基板3を覆う磁気シールド2と、ブラケット6と磁気シールド2との間に配置されたスペーサ7と、ブラケット6に設置されエンコーダ基板3を支持する基板保持部材8とを備える。図1に示すスペーサ7は、ブラケット6と磁気シールド2との間だけに介在するリング形状であるが、エンコーダ基板3を覆うドームであってもよい。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るエンコーダの斜視図である。実施の形態2に係るエンコーダ50は、エンコーダ基板3に磁気センサ1が複数搭載されている点で、実施の形態1に係るエンコーダ50と相違する。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態3に係るエンコーダの斜視図である。実施の形態3に係るエンコーダ50は、永久磁石4よりもブラケット6側に磁気シールド板9が配置されている点で、実施の形態1に係るエンコーダ50と相違する。
Claims (8)
- 磁界の検出の感度に指向性を有し、読み取り方向の磁界の検出の感度が高く、前記読み取り方向に対する角度が大きい方向ほど磁界の検出の感度が低くなる磁気センサと、
前記磁気センサを搭載するエンコーダ基板と、
前記磁気センサの側方を覆う側面部と前記磁気センサの上方を覆う上面部とを有し、磁界を遮蔽する磁気シールドと、
前記エンコーダ基板に対向して配置された永久磁石と、
先端に前記永久磁石が取り付けられたシャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転可能に支持するブラケットとを備え、
前記磁気シールドは、コネクタが挿入されるコネクタ挿入部をなす切り欠き又は穴が前記側面部に設けられており、
前記磁気センサを前記読み取り方向に延長した延長領域と重ならない位置に前記コネクタ挿入部が配置されており、
前記コネクタ挿入部は、前記上面部の下面まで達しておらず、
前記コネクタ挿入部の開口幅は、前記磁気センサの前記読み取り方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とするエンコーダ。 - 磁界の検出の感度に指向性を有し、読み取り方向の磁界の検出の感度が高く、前記読み取り方向に対する角度が大きい方向ほど磁界の検出の感度が低くなる磁気センサと、
前記磁気センサを搭載するエンコーダ基板と、
前記磁気センサの側方を覆う側面部と前記磁気センサの上方を覆う上面部とを有し、磁界を遮蔽する磁気シールドと、
前記エンコーダ基板に対向して配置された永久磁石と、
先端に前記永久磁石が取り付けられたシャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転可能に支持するブラケットとを備え、
前記磁気シールドは、コネクタが挿入されるコネクタ挿入部をなす切り欠き又は穴が前記側面部に設けられており、
前記磁気センサを前記読み取り方向に延長した延長領域と重ならない位置に前記コネクタ挿入部が配置されており、
前記コネクタ挿入部の開口幅は、前記磁気センサの前記読み取り方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とするエンコーダ。 - 前記コネクタ挿入部の開口面の法線方向と、前記読み取り方向とが垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記磁気センサを前記エンコーダ基板に複数搭載し、
前記コネクタ挿入部に最も近い前記磁気センサを前記読み取り方向に延長した延長領域と重ならない位置に前記コネクタ挿入部が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンコーダ。 - 前記コネクタ挿入部の開口面の法線方向と、前記コネクタ挿入部に最も近い前記磁気センサの前記読み取り方向とが垂直であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記コネクタ挿入部の開口幅は、前記コネクタ挿入部に最も近い前記磁気センサの前記読み取り方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記永久磁石よりも前記ブラケット側に、磁界を遮蔽する磁気シールド板を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記磁気シールドと前記ブラケットとが熱的に分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダ。
