Claims (10)
- 媒体としての流体と、前記媒体中に溶解していない粒子とを有する流動性材料を光学的に測定するための装置であって、
当該装置は、前記流動性材料を収容するように構成された測定チャンバと、少なくとも1つのノズルとを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのノズルは、流体を受け入れ、前記測定チャンバに連結して設けられ前記測定チャンバ内の前記流動性材料からの光放射を受けるように構成された光検出器に向けて、或いは該光検出器から遠ざかるように、前記流体の噴流を放出するように構成され、前記流動性材料の粒子の凝集物を破壊するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのノズルの少なくとも1つは、前記噴流のそれぞれの長手方向軸と前記光検出器の光軸とが同軸となるように、前記流体の噴流を放出するように構成される、装置。 - 前記噴流の長手軸に沿った前記少なくとも1つのノズルからの噴流の流れの方向は、前記光検出器の前記光放射の受光方向と同方向である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記噴流の長手方向軸に沿った前記少なくとも1つのノズルからの噴流の流れの方向は、前記光検出器によって前記光検出器の光軸に沿って受け取られる前記光放射の受光方向とは反対方向である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記噴流は、前記測定チャンバ内で前記流動性材料を循環させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記噴流は、前記測定チャンバ内において前記流体で前記流動性材料を希釈するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置は、前記流体を前記少なくとも1つのノズルに圧送するように構成されたポンプ装置を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ポンプ装置は、前記少なくとも1つのノズルから前記流体の噴流を脈動させるように構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ポンプ装置は、前記測定チャンバからの前記流動性材料を吸引し、前記流動性材料の前記噴流を前記測定チャンバに放出するように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 当該装置は、前記測定チャンバ内のペーパーストックである前記流動性材料のカッパー値及び明度の少なくとも1つの特性を光学的に測定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 媒体としての流体と、前記媒体に不溶性の粒子とを有する流動性材料を光学的に測定する方法であって、当該方法は、
流体を受け入れ、少なくとも一つのノズルにより、測定チャンバに連結され、前記流動性材料を有し、前記測定チャンバ内の前記流動性材料からの光放射を受ける光検出器に向けて、或いは該光検出器から遠ざかるように、前記流体の噴流を放射し、前記流動性材料の粒子の凝集物を破壊するステップ
を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのノズルの少なくとも1つは、前記噴流のそれぞれの長手方向軸と前記光検出器の光軸とが同軸となるように、前記流体の噴流を放出する、方法。
