材料:Rheum likiangense Sam.薬用材料(Diqing, Yunnanから購入)を、不純物を除去することによって処理し、そして、浄化し、粗粉末へと粉砕した。
材料:Rheum hotaoense C. Y. Cheng et Kao薬用材料(Minhe, Qinghaiから購入)を、不純物を除去することによって処理し、そして、浄化し、粗粉末へと粉砕した。
材料:Rheum australe D. Don薬用材料(Lhasa, Tibetから購入)を、不純物を除去することによって処理し、そして、浄化し、粗粉末へと粉砕した。
装置及び試薬:Shimadzu UV-2450 UV分光光度計、Sartorius CP225D化学天秤、2,3,5,4’−テトラヒドロキシルジフェニルエチレン−2−O−β−Dグルコシド対照(National Institutes for the Control of Food and Pharmaceuticals, No.110844-201310)。
材料:Rheum lhasaense A. J. Li et P. K. Hsiao薬用材料(Lhasa, Tibetから購入)を、不純物を除去することによって処理し、そして、浄化し、粗粉末へと粉砕した。

Claims (2)
- スチルベノイド化合物を抽出するための方法であって、スチルベノイド化合物を多く含む薬用材料を原料として使用すること、フラッシュ抽出器で抽出すること、濾過すること、濾液を合わせること、及び濃縮乾固することを含み、ここで、スチルベノイド化合物を多く含む薬用材料が、Rheum lhasaense A. J. Li et P. K. Hsiaoであり、溶媒が、メタノール、エタノール又はアセトンであり、抽出することが1〜3回実施され、抽出することが1回につき5〜10分間実施され、そして溶媒の温度が20℃〜40℃である方法。
- 溶媒に対する薬用材料の重量:体積比が1:10〜1:15である、請求項1に記載の方法。
