ポリアミド樹脂A:テレフタル酸と1,10−デカンジアミンを主原料に使用した樹脂(ユニチカ社製XecoT XN500)
ポリアミド66樹脂:東レ社製アミランCM3001
(2)繊維状補強材
ガラス繊維:旭ファイバーグラス社製03JAFT692(平均繊維径10μm、平均繊維長3mm)
炭素繊維:東邦テナックス社製HTA−C6(平均繊維径7μm、平均繊維長6mm)
(3)フッ素樹脂
PTFE樹脂粉末:喜多村社製KTL−610(再生PTFE)
これらの原材料を表1に示す割合で配合し乾式混合した後、二軸溶融押出し機を用いて330〜340℃の条件で押出して造粒し、得られたペレットを射出成形機に供給して、シリンダー温度325〜340℃、射出圧力1000kg/cm2 、金型温度100〜150℃の条件で射出成形し試験片を成形した。摩擦摩耗試験の試験片は、図2に示すリング状試験片6とし、その寸法は外径21mm、内径17mm、肉厚10mmである。なお、図2(a)はリング状試験片の平面図であり、図2(b)はその断面図である。
スラスト型摩耗試験機(自社製)を用い、面圧2MPa、滑り速度毎分128m、相手材:SUJ2、Mobil VELOCITE NO.3(VG2)中にて運転時間50時間で、50時間後の摩擦係数および比摩耗量(×10−8(mm3/N・mm)を求めた。
上記表に示す組成かつ成形条件で各実施例および比較例に対応するダンベル試験片を成形し、成形後に80℃95%RH下で3〜5時間調湿した。調湿後の試験片について、ISO527−1(JIS K 7161)に準拠し、引張速度5mm/minの条件で引張り強さ(MPa)を測定した。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂組成物を成形してなるスラストワッシャであって、
前記樹脂組成物は、ジカルボン酸成分とジアミン成分とからなるポリアミド樹脂をベース樹脂とし、これに繊維状補強材を配合してなる組成物であり、
前記ジカルボン酸成分がテレフタル酸を主成分とし、前記ジアミン成分が1,10−デカンジアミンを主成分とし、
前記繊維状補強材は、ガラス繊維および炭素繊維から選ばれる少なくとも1つであり、前記樹脂組成物全体に対して10質量%以上60質量%未満含まれることを特徴とするスラストワッシャ。 - 前記樹脂組成物は、フッ素樹脂が前記樹脂組成物全体に対して5〜25質量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラストワッシャ。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂が、放射性同位元素である炭素14を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のスラストワッシャ。
- 前記スラストワッシャは、トランスミッション用のスラストワッシャであることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載のスラストワッシャ。
