Abstract
Description
本発明の土砂および流動化処理土などの粘着、密着、または固着の防止剤(以下、「粘着等防止剤」ともいう)は液体タイプのものであり、高分子電解質が、水及び/又は有機溶媒中に分散又は乳化してなる、ディスパージョンまたはエマルションから構成される。液体タイプのものであるため、現場で塗布作業をする際に、粉塵が立つことがなく、均一に塗布することが容易であり、作業性に優れたものである。本願において、ディスパージョンとは、高分子電解質の粒子が水及び/又は有機溶媒中に分散してなるものをいい、エマルションには、高分子電解質が水に溶解し油中に分散している油中水型(W/Oタイプ)と、高分子電解質が油に溶解し、水中に分散している水中油型(O/Wタイプ)がある。このうち、使用性や安定性の観点から、油中水型エマルションが好ましい。
(1)現場採取土1:建設現場より発生した含水比が67.8%の砂質粘土
(2)現場採取土2:建設現場より発生した含水比が45.3%の粘土混じりシルト
(3)模擬土:水を加えて含水比を80.4%とした含水粘土
○:成形体が、長さ90cmの傾斜面の最下部まで滑り落ちる
△:成形体は傾斜面の一部を滑り落ちるものの、最下部までは滑り落ちることなく、途中で停止する
×:成形体を静置した位置から全く動かない。
Claims (3)
- 水、有機溶剤、及び、界面活性剤を含む、高分子電解質のディスパージョンまたはエマルションを、土砂と接しようとする、トラックの荷台、ベルトコンベア、又は連続改良機の面に予め塗布した後、その塗布面に、水、又は、界面活性剤を含む水を供給し、前記高分子電解質を膨潤させてゲル膜を形成し、当該ゲル膜によって、建設現場で発生する土砂および流動化処理土などが前記面に粘着、密着、または固着するのを防止する方法。
- 前記高分子電解質は、カルボン酸塩の重合体またはカルボン酸塩とアクリルアミドとの共重合体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスパージョンまたはエマルション中の前記高分子電解質の濃度は30〜50重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
