凹部1aは、硬化性エポキシ樹脂に対して表面張力を発現させる程度のサイズ、この実施例では半径1mm程度に形成されている。
Claims (1)
- ジュール熱を発生するヒータに、ガスに接触して発熱する感応部が形成され、前記ヒータの両端部をステーに導電的に固定した接触燃焼式ガスセンサにおいて、前記ステーが板材により構成され、ステーの前記感応部側が幅方向に対称となる凹部が形成され、前記凹部近傍に硬化性高分子剤の塊が形成されている接触燃焼式ガスセンサ。
