Claims (2)
- 水平方向を横方向として当該横方向の幅が縦方向の高さよりも広い平角線を水平方向に2本以上並べて配置し、水平面内で前記平角線を前記横方向外側から挟み込むように圧延しながらコイル状に巻き取り、
前記コイル状の曲線部分を、当該曲線部分の内側となる前記平角線の送り速度よりも当該曲線部分の外側となる前記平角線の送り速度を速くして曲げ加工を行い成形する
ことを特徴とする変圧器用複数線多段コイルの巻線方法。 - 請求項1に記載の変圧器用複数線多段コイルの巻線方法において、
前記曲げ加工を行った部分の近傍に位置する前記巻き取りの上流側の部分を結束する
ことを特徴とする変圧器用複数線多段コイルの巻線方法。
