Description
(1)中空体で構成され、その中空部に連通し、血液が流入する血液流入口と、前記中空部に連通し、前記血液流入口から流入した血液が流出する血液流出口とを有するハウジングと、
前記中空部内に回転可能に収納され、その回転により血液に遠心力を付与する遠心力付与部材と、
前記遠心力付与部材を前記ハウジングに対し回転可能に支持する支持機構とを備え、
前記支持機構は、前記遠心力付与部材の回転中心に設置され、前記遠心力付与部材の回転軸として機能する軸部材と、
前記軸部材の一端部を回転可能に支持する第1の軸受けと、
前記軸部材の他端部を回転可能に支持する第2の軸受けとを有する遠心ポンプを製造する製造方法であって、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1の軸受けが設置される蓋部材と、前記第2の軸受けが設置される底部材とを前記回転軸方向に組立てた組立状態で接合されてなるものであり、
前記組立状態とする組立工程と、
前記組立状態で、前記蓋部材と前記底部材とが互いに接近する方向に加圧を行いつつ、前記蓋部材と前記底部材との接合を行う接合工程とを有し、
前記組立工程後であって前記接合工程前における前記第1の軸受けと前記第2の軸受けとの離間距離を離間距離D0としたとき、
前記接合工程後の前記第1の軸受けと前記第2の軸受けとの離間距離D1は、前記離間距離D0の99%以下であることを特徴とする遠心ポンプの製造方法。
図1は、本発明の製造方法により製造される遠心ポンプの実施形態を示す断面側面図である。図2は、図1に示す遠心ポンプの断面平面図である。図3は、本発明の遠心ポンプの製造方法を示す縦断面図であって、用意工程を示す図である。図4は、本発明の遠心ポンプの製造方法を示す縦断面図であって、接合工程を示す図である。図5は、本発明の遠心ポンプの製造方法を示す縦断面図であって、図3に示すハウジングの部分拡大図である。
遠心ポンプ1の製造方法は、[1]用意工程と、[2]光吸収材供給工程と、[3]組立工程と、[4]接合工程とを備えている。
図3および図4に示すように、まず、底部材21、蓋部材22、回転体3、支持機構4および治具8を用意する。
次に、図3に示すように、レーザ光を吸収する光吸収材200を蓋部材22の薄肉部223の表面に塗布(供給)する。光吸収材200としては、例えば、カーボンブラック等の粉末、該粉末や後述する染料を含む液状(ペースト状)のもの、または該粉末や該染料を含むシート状(層状)のものが挙げられる。
図4に示すように、回転体3および支持機構4を内側に収納するように、底部材21および蓋部材22を組立てる。このとき、蓋部材22の外周面223aは、底部材21の内周面212aによって案内されるため、底部材21に対して容易に位置決めされる。これにより、容易に組立状態とすることができる。
次に、図4に示すように、レーザ光LLを光吸収材200に向って照射する。レーザ光LLは、底部材21の薄肉部212を透過して、光吸収材200に照射される。光吸収材200に照射されたレーザ光LLは、効率良く光吸収材200に吸収され、熱に変わるので、低出力で効率的に融着を行うことができる。
以上の工程を経て遠心ポンプ1を得ることができる。
(実施例1)
図1〜図5に示すような遠心ポンプを作製した。この遠心ポンプでは、ハウジング(底部材および蓋部材)および遠心力付与部材は、ポリカーボネートで構成されている。底部材のバネ定数は、161N/mmであり、蓋部材のバネ定数は、308N/mmであった。
接合工程において比D1/D0が表1に示す割合になるように加圧を行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の遠心ポンプを得た。
接合工程において比D1/D0が表1に示す割合になるように加圧を行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして、実施例3の遠心ポンプを得た。
接合工程において比D1/D0が表1に示す割合になるように加圧を行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして、実施例4の遠心ポンプを得た。
接合工程において比D1/D0が表1に示す割合になるようにした、すなわち加圧を行わなかった以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして、比較例の遠心ポンプを得た。
接合工程において比D1/D0が表1に示す割合になるように加圧を行ったこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして、比較例2の遠心ポンプを得た。
模擬的使用状態で、実施例1〜4および比較例1、2の遠心ポンプについて、軸部材の回転数2600rpm、血液流量8L/minで溶血が生じたか否かを測定した。
◎ :現存する遠心ポンプよりも非常に優れている。
○ :現存する遠心ポンプよりも優れている。
× :現存する遠心ポンプと同等か、または、それよりも劣る。

Claims (1)
- 中空体で構成され、その中空部に連通し、血液が流入する血液流入口と、前記中空部に連通し、前記血液流入口から流入した血液が流出する血液流出口とを有するハウジングと、
前記中空部内に回転可能に収納され、その回転により血液に遠心力を付与する遠心力付与部材と、
前記遠心力付与部材を前記ハウジングに対し回転可能に支持する支持機構とを備え、
前記支持機構は、前記遠心力付与部材の回転中心に設置され、前記遠心力付与部材の回転軸として機能する軸部材と、
前記軸部材の一端部を回転可能に支持する第1の軸受けと、
前記軸部材の他端部を回転可能に支持する第2の軸受けとを有する遠心ポンプを製造する製造方法であって、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1の軸受けが設置される蓋部材と、前記第2の軸受けが設置される底部材とを前記回転軸方向に組立てた組立状態で接合されてなるものであり、
前記組立状態とする組立工程と、
前記組立状態で、前記蓋部材と前記底部材とが互いに接近する方向に加圧を行いつつ、前記蓋部材と前記底部材との接合を行う接合工程とを有し、
前記組立工程後であって前記接合工程前における前記第1の軸受けと前記第2の軸受けとの離間距離を離間距離D0としたとき、
前記接合工程後の前記第1の軸受けと前記第2の軸受けとの離間距離D1は、前記離間距離D0の99%以下であることを特徴とする遠心ポンプの製造方法。
