Claims (17)
- 回転機械を取付け支持するためのベースプレート(1)であって、
中央の細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)と、
前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)を横断して延在する少なくとも第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)と、
前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)及び前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)に強固に接続された少なくとも1つの機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)と、
を備え、
前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)は、垂直に延在する長手方向横壁を備え、
前記長手方向横壁に沿って、前記回転機械の付属品が支持され、
前記機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の前記長手方向横壁を越えて横に突出し、
前記機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の一方の長手方向端からオーバハング方式で突出する伸長部を有し、オペレータが直立位置で前記伸長部の下の空間にアクセス可能な、
ベースプレート(1)。 - 前記横壁は平面である、請求項1に記載のベースプレート(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの耐荷重クロス部材(25)は、前記回転機械の付属品を受取るための垂直に延在する横壁を有する、請求項1または2に記載のベースプレート(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの更なるクロス部材(25)を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの更なるクロス部材(25)は、前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)に平行に延在し、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の前記長手方向伸長部に沿って前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)から離れる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のベースプレート(1)。
- 前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)はボックス状構造を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のベースプレート(1)。
- 3つの離間した支持部材(27、29、31)だけを更に備え、前記支持部材(27、29、31)のうちの1つの支持部材(31)は前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の底表面に接続され、前記3つの支持部材(27、29、31)のうちの2つの支持部材(27、29)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)に対して全体的に対称なそれぞれの位置で前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)の底表面に接続される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のベースプレート(1)。
- 前記付属品は、以下の、燃料スキッド、タービンスタータ、潤滑油タンク、潤滑油濾過器、潤滑油ポンプ、前記油タンク用の蒸気分離器、潤滑油熱交換器、電気制御パネルのうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のベースプレート(1)。

前記ガスタービン(3)及び前記負荷(5)の回転軸に全体的に平行に延在する前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)を横断して延在する少なくとも第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)と、
前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)及び前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)に強固に接続された少なくとも1つの機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)であって、機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)上で前記回転機械が拘束され支持される、少なくとも1つの機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)と、
を備え、
前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)は、垂直に延在する長手方向横壁を備え、
前記長手方向横壁に沿って、前記ガスタービン(3)の付属品が支持され、前記機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の前記長手方向横壁を越えて横に突出し、
前記タービンは、タービン音響エンクロージャ(45)内に収容され、前記タービン音響エンクロージャ(45)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の長手方向端からオーバハング方式で突出する伸長部を有し、オペレータが直立位置で前記伸長部の下の空間にアクセス可能な、
システム。 - 前記負荷(5)は、遠心圧縮機、ポンプ、又は発電機を備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転機械は、前記ガスタービン(3)と前記負荷(5)との間に配置された速度減速機又は逓倍器負荷ギアを備え、前記速度操作デバイスは、前記ガスタービン(3)に駆動可能に接続された入力シャフト(9)及び前記負荷(5)に駆動可能に接続された出力シャフトを含む、請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記速度減速機又は逓倍器負荷ギアの前記入力シャフト(9)及び前記出力シャフトは、垂直に重ね合わせた関係で配置され、前記機械支持プラットフォーム(39、49)の横断寸法を最小にする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の前記長手方向横壁は平面である、請求項8乃至11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの耐荷重クロス部材(25)は、前記回転機械の付属品を受取るための垂直に延在する横壁を有する、請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ベースプレート(1)は、少なくとも1つの更なるクロス部材(25)を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの更なるクロス部材(25)は、前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)に平行に延在し、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の前記長手方向伸長部に沿って前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)から離れる、請求項8乃至13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)はボックス状構造を有する、請求項8乃至14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 3つの離間した支持部材(27、29、31)だけを更に備え、前記支持部材(27、29、31)のうちの1つの支持部材は前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)の下で接続され、他の2つの支持部材(27、29)は、前記細長いねじれ及び曲げ抵抗部材(23)に対して全体的に対称なそれぞれの位置で前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)の下で接続される、請求項8乃至15のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の支持部材は前記ガスタービン(3)の下に配置され、前記第1の耐荷重クロス部材(25)は前記負荷(5)の下に配置される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
