まず、本発明による組成物のガラス材料を、ピン形状の導体と一緒に、基体内の開口部内に導入する。その後、このガラスを導体、ことにピン形状の導体と一緒に、ことにガラスの溶着温度に加熱することで、ガラス材料は、軟化し、かつ開口部内で導体、ことにピン形状の導体を取り囲み、かつ基体と密着する。基体の材料の溶融温度も、導体、ことにピン形状の導体の溶融温度も、ガラス材料の溶着温度より高いため、基体もピン形状の導体も固体の状態で存在する。有利に、ガラス材料の溶着温度は、基体またはピン形状の導体の材料の溶融温度より20〜150K低い。例えば、融点T溶融=660.32℃を有する軽金属としてアルミニウムを使用する場合、ガラス材料の溶着温度は、350℃〜640℃の範囲内、好ましくは350℃〜600℃の範囲内、特に好ましくは350℃〜<580℃の範囲内、ことに450℃〜<560℃の範囲内にある。アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、マグネシウム、マグネシウム合金、チタン、チタン合金のような軽金属の代わりに、基体用の材料としてAlで溶浸されているSiCマトリックスを使用することもできる。この種の材料はAlSiCともいわれる。AlSiCは、Alが拡散侵入しているSiCコアを有する。Alの割合により、特性、ことに膨張係数を調節することができる。ことに、AlSiCは、純アルミニウムよりも低い熱膨張を有する。

- 酸化物を基準としてmol%で表して
B2O3 4〜8
Al2O3 10〜14
P2O5 36〜43
Na2O 15〜22
K2O 12.5〜20
Bi2O3 2〜6
R酸化物 0超〜6
を含み、R酸化物は、MnO2および/またはSiO2および/またはSnO2および/またはTa2O5および/またはNb2O5および/またはFe2O3および/またはGeO2および/またはCaOの群から選択される酸化物であり、あり得る不純物を除いてPbO不含であり、14・10−6K−1〜17・10−6K−1の熱膨張係数α(25〜300)を有し、アルカリ金属酸化物のモル割合は最大36mol%である、改善された耐水性を有する接合用ガラス。 - R酸化物は、酸化物を基準としてmol%で表して、
MnO2 3.0〜6.0
を含む、請求項1に記載の接合用ガラス。 - R酸化物は、
SiO2 0.01〜1.8および/または
GeO2 0.01〜2.8および/または
SnO2 0.01〜2.4および/または
Fe2O3 0.01〜2.1および/または
Ta2O5 0.01〜2.2および/または
Nb2O5 0.01〜2.0および/または
CaO 0.01〜0.4
を含む、請求項1または2に記載の接合用ガラス。 - 前記接合用ガラスは、酸化物を基準としてmol%で表して、単独でまたはそれぞれ組合せて、
P2O5 36〜42未満および/または
B2O3 5.5〜6.8および/または
Al2O3 11.4〜12.8および/または
Na2O 15.4〜20.9および/または
K2O 12.8〜19.8および/または
Bi2O3 2.5〜4.5
を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラス。 - アルカリ金属酸化物Li2Oおよび/またはNa2Oおよび/またはK2Oの含有率は、合計で高くても36mol%である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラス。
- 前記接合用ガラスは結晶質領域を有し、前記結晶質領域はリン酸塩含有の結晶相を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラス。
- 前記結晶相は、Bi2O3−P2O5系および/またはR2O−Al2O3−P2O5系からなる結晶を含む、請求項6に記載の接合用ガラス。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラスを含むガラス粉末。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラスを含むガラス−金属複合体。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウムおよび/またはアルミニウム合金および/またはチタンおよび/またはチタン合金および/またはマグネシウムおよび/またはマグネシウム合金および/またはAlSiCおよび/または鋼および/または特殊鋼および/または銅および/または銅合金の群から選択される、請求項9に記載のガラス−金属複合体。
- 前記接合用ガラスは、少なくとも部分的にカバーガラスまたはカバーポリマーにより覆われる、請求項9または10に記載のガラス−金属複合体。
- フィードスルーにおける、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接合用ガラスの使用であって、前記フィードスルーが、金属からなる少なくとも1つの基体を含み、前記基体は少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、前記開口部に機能エレメントが貫設されており、前記機能エレメントは前記開口部内で前記接合用ガラス中にガラス封止されていて、かつ前記開口部が、前記接合用ガラスによって封止されている、前記使用。
- 前記機能エレメントは、少なくともガラス封止の領域内で、本質的にピン形状の導体である、請求項12に記載の接合用ガラスの使用。
- 前記ガラス−金属複合体を含むハウジングを有する電気装置および/または電子装置および/または電気化学装置における、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のガラス−金属複合体の使用。
- 前記フィードスルーを含むハウジングを有する電気装置および/または電子装置および/または電気化学装置における、請求項12または請求項13に記載の接合用ガラスの使用。
- 前記電気装置および/または電子装置および/または電気化学装置は、電池および/または蓄電池および/またはキャパシターおよび/またはスーパーキャパシターおよび/またはセンサーハウジングおよび/またはアクチュエーターハウジングおよび/またはマイクロコントローラーハウジングおよび/または医療用インプラントおよび/または人体または動物体に取り付け可能な物品および/または診断機器および/または治療機器の群から選択される、請求項14に記載のガラス−金属複合体の使用。
- 前記電気装置および/または電子装置および/または電気化学装置は、電池および/または蓄電池および/またはキャパシターおよび/またはスーパーキャパシターおよび/またはセンサーハウジングおよび/またはアクチュエーターハウジングおよび/またはマイクロコントローラーハウジングおよび/または医療用インプラントおよび/または人体または動物体に取り付け可能な物品および/または診断機器および/または治療機器の群から選択される、請求項15に記載の接合用ガラスの使用。
