Claims (22)

ポリマーの材料の膜を設けるステップと、
前記ポリマーの材料の膜が成形可能である間に、前記1組の前記固定子バーの少なくとも端部またはシューを前記ポリマーの材料の膜に押し込むステップであって、前記固定子バーの少なくとも前記端部またはシューは多孔質磁性材料から形成されるステップと、
前記ポリマーの材料の膜を凝固させて、前記1組の固定子バーの前記端部またはシューをそれらのそれぞれの位置に保持するステップと、
半径方向壁を用いて前記ハウジングを製造するステップと
により、前記回転子と前記固定子の間の前記ギャップに前記ハウジングを位置させるための前記半径方向壁を作製するステップを含み、
前記押し込むステップ中に前記ポリマーの材料の膜の前記ポリマーは前記多孔質磁性材料に結合して、前記1組の固定子バーを前記ポリマーに結合することを特徴とする方法。 - 固定子バーの前記端部またはシューの略全面は前記ポリマーの材料の膜に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定子バーの前記端部またはシューは、縁部の周りに段またはフランジを有する面を含み、前記ポリマーの材料の膜は1組の開口を有し、前記固定子バーの前記端部またはシューの前記面は前記開口に嵌入し、前記段またはフランジは前記ポリマーの材料の膜に押し込まれて前記ポリマーの材料の膜と結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合中に、材料は前記ポリマーの材料の膜と前記多孔質磁性材料の間で拡散して、前記ポリマーの材料の膜を前記多孔質磁性材料に結合することを特徴とする請求項1,2,または3に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーの材料の膜は繊維強化ポリマー材料であり、前記ポリマーの材料の膜が成形可能である間に、前記固定子バーを該繊維強化ポリマーの膜に押し込む前記ステップ中に、強化材により前記固定子バーが前記繊維強化ポリマーの膜を貫通することを阻止することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質磁性材料は軟磁性複合材料(SMC)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質磁性材料は積層磁性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定子バーの少なくとも端部またはシューの表面を処理して、前記端部またはシューの多孔性を向上させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定子バーを加熱して、前記ポリマーの材料の膜の前記ポリマーを成形可能にするステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーの材料の膜の面内ヤング率が50GPa未満、より好ましくは20GPa未満であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性ポリマーと共に溶解されたときに混和可能な第2の熱可塑性ポリマーを用いて、1組の強化機能を前記ポリマーの材料の膜上に射出成形するステップとにより、前記繊維強化熱可塑性材料の膜を強化するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の熱可塑性ポリマーは、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、またはアラミド繊維で繊維強化されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記固定子バーは少なくとも一端部にシューを有し、前記1組の強化機能は、前記固定子バーの前記シューのための1組のキャビティを画成することを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記射出成形するステップの前に前記繊維強化熱可塑性材料の膜を加熱するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記強化機能を有する前記半径方向壁は、前記機械の動作中に、前記固定子バーを定位置に保持することを特徴とする請求項13乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記強化機能は、前記繊維強化熱可塑性材料の膜の平面上に少なくとも3mmの高さを有することを特徴とする請求項13乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記押し込むステップおよび凝固させるステップの前に、前記固定子バーと前記ポリマーの材料の膜の間にポリマーの補助層を設けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機械は、前記固定子の各側に1つずつの対の前記回転子を有する、ヨークを持たないセグメント化アーマチュア機械であり、前記ハウジングは、全体として円筒形の壁により接続された前記固定子と各それぞれの回転子の間に1つずつの対の前記半径方向壁を有し、前記ハウジングは、前記固定子の前記コイルのための冷却剤用チャンバを画成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 軸方向磁束永久磁石機械を製造する方法であって、前記機械は、それぞれの固定子バーに巻回され、前記機械の軸の周りで周方向に間隔を置いて配置された1組のコイルを含む固定子と、1組の永久磁石を担持し、前記軸の周りを回転するように取り付けられた回転子とを備え、前記回転子および固定子は前記軸に沿って離間してギャップをそれらの間に画成し、前記ギャップ内で前記機械の磁束は概ね軸方向であり、前記方法は、
請求項1乃至20のいずれか一項に記載の、前記機械の固定子用のハウジングを製造するステップと、前記ハウジングを使用して前記1組の固定子コイルを前記機械内で定位置に保持するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 軸方向磁束永久磁石機械の固定子アセンブリであって、前記機械は、それぞれの固定子バーに巻回され、前記機械の軸の周りで周方向に間隔を置いて配置された1組のコイルを含む固定子と、1組の永久磁石を担持し、前記軸の周りを回転するように取り付けられた回転子とを備え、前記回転子および固定子は前記軸に沿って離間してギャップをそれらの間に画成し、前記ギャップ内で前記機械の磁束は概ね軸方向であり、前記固定子アセンブリは、前記固定子を含む固定子ハウジングを含み、前記固定子ハウジングは、前記回転子と前記固定子の間の前記ギャップに位置させる繊維強化ポリマーの膜を含む半径方向壁を有し、前記固定子バーの少なくとも端部またはシューは、軟磁性複合材料(SMC)から形成され、前記繊維強化ポリマーの膜のポリマーは、前記SMCに結合されて、前記1組の固定子バーの端面全体を前記繊維強化ポリマーの膜に結合することを特徴とする固定子アセンブリ。
