Description
Claims (8)
- 接着剤が表面における層として含浸される際の、接着剤の接着性能を測定するための測定装置であって、
金属ボール、ランプおよび評価されるテープまたはラベルを含む、接着性能を測定するためのローリングボールタック装置と、
装置内に設置され、前記金属ボールを前記ランプの上部において解放する遠隔制御システムと、
を備え、
前記遠隔制御システムは、電磁アクチュエータを備え、
前記電磁アクチュエータは、電気コイルによって構成されるソレノイドであり、
前記電気コイルは、電源によって給電され、電子回路によって制御され、
前記電子回路は、前記電磁アクチュエータを作動させる瞬間押しボタンスイッチおよび複数のライトを含み、第1のライトはシステムが給電されたことを示し、第2のライトは前記アクチュエータが作動していることを示す測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の測定装置であって、前記遠隔制御システムは、電源と、1本以上の分離した金属ケーブルと、電子制御ボックスとを含み、
前記瞬間押しボタンスイッチ、前記第1のライト及び前記第2のライトは電子制御ボックスに設けられている、測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の測定装置であって、前記ライトは発光ダイオード(LED)である、測定装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の測定装置であって、前記電気コイルは、金属バネによって上側位置に保持される金属製ピストンに作用し、前記金属バネは、ネジによって金属ボール解放システムに取り付けられる、測定装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の測定装置であって、前記電磁アクチュエータは、無線制御によりトリガーされる、測定装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の測定装置であって、前記装置は、PSTC、ASTM、または他の任意のローリングボールテスト規格等の標準評価システムにおいて使用される、測定装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の測定装置であって、前記装置は、PSTC、ASTM、または他の任意のローリングボールテスト規格において特定される条件とは異なる条件下における特定の評価において使用される、測定装置。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の測定装置であって、前記接着剤は、粘着テープまたはラベルである、測定装置。
