Claims (12)
- 立体物体を造形するための立体印刷装置であって、
受け面を有するテーブルと、
前記テーブルの上方に取り付けられ、立体モデル情報に基づいて前記受け面上に前記立体物体を造形する立体印刷モジュールと、
前記テーブルの上方に取り付けられ、前記立体モデル情報に基づいて前記立体物体の表面に着色する着色用ヘッドモジュールと、を含み、
前記着色用ヘッドモジュールは、少なくとも1つの着色用ヘッド及び少なくとも1つのメッシュ部材を含み、
前記着色用ヘッドは、少なくとも1つのノズルを有し、
前記メッシュ部材は、少なくとも1つのメッシュと、調整手段とを有し、
前記メッシュは、前記ノズルに対応して配置され、その面積が前記ノズルの面積よりも小さく、
前記調整手段は、前記ノズルに対応して配置された前記メッシュのサイズを調整するために用いられることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 同一の前記メッシュ部材におけるメッシュは、複数設けられ、
複数の前記メッシュのサイズは、互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記調整手段は、可動ユニット及び移動板を含み、
前記移動板は、少なくとも1つの前記メッシュに対応して配置され、サイズが互いに異なる複数の貫通孔を有し、
前記可動ユニットは、前記移動板と前記メッシュ部材との間にスライド移動可能に連結され、これにより、複数の前記貫通孔から1つの貫通孔を選択して、少なくとも1つの前記メッシュに対応させてスライド移動可能に配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記調整手段は、可動ユニット及び移動板を含み、
前記移動板は、前記メッシュに対応して配置され、台形の長円を有し、
前記可動ユニットは、前記移動板と前記メッシュ部材との間にスライド移動可能に連結されることで、少なくとも1つの前記メッシュに対して前記台形の長円をスライド移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記調整手段は、前記メッシュに対応して配置された縮小孔ユニットであり、
前記縮小孔ユニットは、前記メッシュの一部または全体を遮蔽したり、前記メッシュを完全に露出させたりすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の立体印刷装置。 - 遮蔽手段をさらに含み、
同一の前記着色用ヘッドのノズル及びメッシュは、複数設けられ、
各前記メッシュは、各前記ノズルに対応して配置され、
前記遮蔽手段は、複数の前記メッシュに対応して配置され、複数の前記メッシュの一部または全体を遮蔽したり、複数の前記メッシュを完全に露出させたりすることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の立体印刷装置。 - 可動ユニットと、立体印刷ヘッドとを含み、
前記可動ユニットは、前記テーブルに取り付けられ、
前記立体印刷ヘッドは、前記可動ユニットに固定されるとともに前記可動ユニットの移動に伴って移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記着色用ヘッドは、前記可動ユニットに固定されるとともに前記可動ユニットの移動に伴って移動することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の立体印刷装置。
- 前記可動ユニットは、第一レバー部材、第二レバー部材及びヘッド受け台を含み、
前記ヘッド受け台には、第一孔及び第二孔が互いに垂直に設けられ、
前記第一レバー部材は、第一孔を摺動可能に貫通し、
前記第二レバー部材は、第二孔を摺動可能に貫通し、
前記立体印刷ヘッドは、前記ヘッド受け台に固定されるとともに前記ヘッド受け台の移動に伴って移動することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記着色用ヘッドは、前記ヘッド受け台に固定されるとともに前記ヘッド受け台の移動に伴って移動することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の立体印刷装置。
- 前記着色用ヘッドモジュールは、作動手段をさらに含み、
前記作動手段は、前記テーブルに取り付けられ、
前記着色用ヘッドは、前記作動手段に固定されるとともに前記作動手段の移動に伴って移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記メッシュ部材は、前記着色用ヘッドに固定されるとともに前記着色用ヘッドをカバーすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。
