Description
(a) 容器本体(14)と、前記容器本体(14)内に収容された液体(11)と、前記容器本体(14)に設けられ、前記容器本体(14)内と外部とを連通する口部(16)と、前記口部(16)の内側に保持されるとともに前記口部(16)を封止する栓体(12)と、前記口部(16)に溶着され、前記栓体(12)のうち前記口部(16)から露出した部分を覆うフィルム(24)と、を備え、前記口部(16)の、前記容器本体(14)とは反対側の端部には、前記フィルム(24)が溶着された環状部(46、61〜64)が設けられ、前記環状部(46、61〜64)の内周部又は外周部には、前記フィルム(24)の溶着時に生じたバリ(54、56)と一体化され、前記フィルム(24)の剥離時に前記環状部(46、61〜64)から前記バリ(54、56)が剥がれることを抑制する傾斜部(52、72)が設けられている、医療用容器(10)。この医療用容器によれば、環状部に設けられた傾斜部にバリが一体化されているため、フィルムの剥離時、環状部からバリが剥がれることが抑制される。すなわち、フィルムの剥離時、バリはフィルムによって引っ張られるが、傾斜部と一体化されたバリは傾斜部に留まる。従って、フィルムの剥離時に、バリからなる長い糸状体が発生することを抑制することができる。
(b) 上記の医療用容器(10)において、前記傾斜部(52、72)は、前記バリ(54、56)の外周部側から内周部側にわたって、前記バリ(54、56)と一体化されている、医療用容器(10)。この構成により、バリと傾斜部との結合面積を大きくでき、バリと傾斜部との結合力が高められることで、環状部からバリが剥がれることを一層効果的に抑制することができる。
(c) 上記の医療用容器(10)において、前記傾斜部(52、72)は、前記バリ(54、56)の径方向の幅の3分の2以上の幅で、前記バリ(54、56)と一体化されている、医療用容器(10)。この構成により、バリと傾斜部との結合力が高められることで、環状部からバリが剥がれることを一層効果的に抑制することができる。
(d) 内部に液体(11)を収容可能な液室(15)が設けられた容器本体(14)と、前記液室(15)と連通する内腔が形成された口部本体(20)と、前記口部本体(20)の前記容器本体(14)と反対側を封止する栓体(12)とを有する医療用容器(10)用のキャップ(22)にフィルム(24)を溶着するフィルム(24)溶着方法であって、前記キャップ(22)は、前記容器本体(14)と反対側で前記口部本体(20)に固定され、前記口部本体(20)と前記キャップ(22)との間で前記栓体(12)を保持するものであり、前記フィルム(24)は、前記栓体(12)のうち前記キャップ(22)から露出した部分を覆うものであり、内周部又は外周部に傾斜部(52、72)が設けられた環状部(46、61〜64)を有する前記キャップ(22)を提供するキャップ提供ステップと、前記環状部(46、61〜64)に、前記フィルム(24)を溶着する溶着ステップと、を含み、前記溶着ステップでは、前記フィルム(24)の溶着時に生じたバリ(54、56)と前記傾斜部(52、72)とが一体化され、前記傾斜部(52、72)は、前記フィルム(24)の剥離時に前記環状部(46、61〜64)から前記バリ(54、56)が剥がれることを抑制する、フィルム(24)溶着方法。
(e) 医療用容器(10)を製造する容器製造方法であって、前記医療用容器(10)は、内部に液体(11)を収容可能な液室(15)が設けられた容器本体(14)と、前記液室(15)と連通する内腔を有する口部本体(20)と、前記容器本体(14)と反対側で前記口部本体(20)に固定され、前記口部本体(20)とは反対側に位置する環状部(46、61〜64)を有するキャップ(22)と、前記口部本体(20)と前記キャップ(22)との間に保持され、前記口部本体(20)の前記容器本体(14)と反対側を封止する栓体(12)と、前記環状部(46、61〜64)に溶着され、前記栓体(12)のうち前記キャップ(22)から露出した部分を覆うフィルム(24)と、前記液室(15)内に収容された液体(11)と、を備え、前記口部本体(20)と前記キャップ(22)とから口部(16)が形成され、前記環状部(46、61〜64)の内周部又は外周部に傾斜部(52、72)が設けられ、前記容器製造方法は、前記容器本体(14)と、前記口部本体(20)と、前記キャップ(22)と、前記栓体(12)と、前記フィルム(24)とを提供する要素提供ステップと、前記容器本体(14)の前記液室(15)内に前記液体(11)を注入する注入ステップと、前記環状部(46、61〜64)が前記口部本体(20)とは反対側に位置するように向き合わされた前記キャップ(22)と前記口部本体(20)との間に前記栓体(12)を挟み込み、前記口部本体(20)と前記キャップ(22)とを接合することにより、前記栓体(12)を前記口部本体(20)に対して固定する固定ステップと、前記傾斜部(52、72)が設けられた前記環状部(46、61〜64)に、前記フィルム(24)を溶着する溶着ステップと、を含む、容器製造方法。
上記において、本発明について好適な実施形態を挙げて説明したが、本発明は前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々の改変が可能なことは言うまでもない。
Claims (9)
- 容器本体(14)と、
前記容器本体(14)内に収容された液体(11)と、
前記容器本体(14)に設けられ、前記容器本体(14)内と外部とを連通する口部(16)と、
前記口部(16)の内側に保持されるとともに前記口部(16)を封止する栓体(12)と、
前記口部(16)に溶着され、前記栓体(12)のうち前記口部(16)から露出した部分を覆うフィルム(24)と、を備え、
前記口部(16)の、前記容器本体(14)とは反対側の端部には、前記フィルム(24)が溶着された環状部(46、61〜64)が設けられ、
前記環状部(46、61〜64)の外周部又は内周部には、前記フィルム(24)の溶着時に前記外周部又は前記内周部に沿って発生した周方向に延在するバリ(54、56)が形成されており、
前記環状部(46、61〜64)の前記外周部又は前記内周部には、前記環状部(46、61〜64)の径方向に高さを有する凹部(48、65、66)又は凸部(49、67、68)からなり、前記バリ(54、56)を前記フィルム(24)の剥離時に切断するための径方向形状部(47)が複数設けられている、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項1記載の医療用容器(10)において、
隣接する前記径方向形状部(47)間の距離は、20mm以下である、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項1又は2記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記凹部(48、65、66)の径方向の底部(48a、66a)又は前記凸部(49、67、68)の径方向の頂部(49a、68a)は、湾曲している、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記凹部(48)と前記凸部(49)とが周方向に交互に連続的に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記径方向形状部(47)は、周方向に間隔をおいて形成される、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項5記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記径方向形状部(47)の輪郭形状は、周方向に非対称に形成される、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記径方向形状部(47)は、前記外周部に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 容器本体(14)と、
前記容器本体(14)内に収容された液体(11)と、
前記容器本体(14)に設けられ、前記容器本体(14)内と外部とを連通する口部(16)と、
前記口部(16)の内側に保持されるとともに前記口部(16)を封止する栓体(12)と、
前記口部(16)に溶着され、前記栓体(12)のうち前記口部(16)から露出した部分を覆うフィルム(24)と、を備え、
前記口部(16)の、前記容器本体(14)とは反対側の端部には、前記フィルム(24)が溶着された環状部(46、61〜64)が設けられ、
前記環状部(46、61〜64)の内周部又は外周部には、前記フィルム(24)の溶着時に前記内周部又は前記外周部に沿って発生した周方向に延在するバリ(54、56)が形成されており、
前記環状部(46、61〜64)の前記内周部又は前記外周部には、前記フィルム(24)の溶着時に生じた前記バリ(54、56)と一体化され、前記フィルム(24)の剥離時に前記環状部(46、61〜64)から前記バリ(54、56)が剥がれることを抑制する傾斜部(52、72)が設けられており、
前記内周部又は前記外周部には、前記環状部(46、61〜64)の径方向に高さを有する凹部(48、65、66)又は凸部(49、67、68)からなり、前記バリ(54、56)を前記フィルム(24)の剥離時に切断するための径方向形状部(47)が複数設けられている、
ことを特徴とする医療用容器(10)。 - 請求項8記載の医療用容器(10)において、
前記外周部には前記径方向形状部(47)が設けられ、前記内周部には前記傾斜部(52)が設けられている、
