Claims (3)
- アルミニウム系めっき皮膜を有する第1鋼板及び第2の鋼板を重ね合わせない状態でオーステナイト域の温度に加熱し、第1及び第2の鋼板の本体をオーステナイトに変態せしめると共に、前記アルミニウム系めっき皮膜を合金化してFe−Al合金層を形成する工程と、
前記Fe−Al合金層が形成された第1の鋼板と第2の鋼板を溶接することなく重ね合わせた状態で熱間プレスする工程と、
熱間プレスされた第1の鋼板と第2の鋼板とを溶接する工程と、を備えることを特徴とするプレス成形品の製造方法。 - 前記第1の鋼板及び第2の鋼板をそれぞれ第1及び第2の加熱炉で加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレス成形品の製造方法。
- 前記溶接は、レーザー溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプレス成形品の製造方法。
