Description
Claims (3)
- 要求される強度によって異種厚を有する熱処理硬化鋼板または異種材質を有する熱処理硬化鋼板を用いてブランクシートを準備するブランクシート準備段階;
レーザー溶接(Laser welding)を用いて前記ブランクシートを連結してブランク結合体を形成するブランク結合体形成段階;
前記ブランク結合体を完成品形状の80〜99%で冷間プレス成形する冷間成形段階;及び
冷間成形された部品をAC3温度以上に加熱した後、残りの1〜20%を成形して、金型に拘束した状態で急冷して成形残留応力を解消し、強度を向上させる熱処理硬化成形段階;を含み、
前記ブランクシート準備段階の熱処理硬化鋼板を、炭素(C)0.15〜0.30重量%、ケイ素(Si)0.05〜0.5重量%、マンガン(Mn)1.0〜2.0重量%、ボロン(B)0.0005〜0.0040重量%、硫黄(S)0.003重量%以下、リン(P)0.012重量%以下、残りの鉄(Fe)及びチタン(Ti)、ニオビウム(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、クロム(Cr)を含有しない不可避な不純物の合金組成を有する鋼にコバルト(Co)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、アンチモン(Sb)のうち少なくとも2種以上がさらに含有した熱処理硬化鋼板とした、自動車部品の製造方法。 - 要求される強度によって異種厚を有する熱処理硬化鋼板または異種材質を有する熱処理硬化鋼板を用いてブランクシートを準備するブランクシート準備段階;
レーザー溶接(Laser welding)を用いて前記ブランクシートを連結してブランク結合体を形成するブランク結合体形成段階;
前記ブランク結合体をAC3温度以上に加熱した後、熱間プレス成形して、金型に拘束した状態で急冷して成形残留応力を解消し、強度を向上させる熱処理硬化成形段階;を含み、
前記ブランクシート準備段階の熱処理硬化鋼板を、炭素(C)0.15〜0.30重量%、ケイ素(Si)0.05〜0.5重量%、マンガン(Mn)1.0〜2.0重量%、ボロン(B)0.0005〜0.0040重量%、硫黄(S)0.003重量%以下、リン(P)0.012重量%以下、残りの鉄(Fe)及びチタン(Ti)、ニオビウム(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、クロム(Cr)を含有しない不可避な不純物の合金組成を有する鋼にコバルト(Co)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、アンチモン(Sb)のうち少なくとも2種以上がさらに含有した熱処理硬化鋼板とした、自動車部品の製造方法。 - 前記ブランクシート準備段階の熱処理硬化鋼板は、
亜鉛めっき、Alめっき、Al−Siめっき及び高温酸化剤コーティングのいずれかの方法で表面処理されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の自動車部品の製造方法。
