Description
以下の説明は、非導電性の又は半導体のチューブにおける内面又は外面のうち一方又は双方に1つ又は複数のパターン形成抵抗配線を堆積することによって帯電物質搬送チャンバを製造する技術の例を記載する。図7は、例示的実施形態における製造プロセス700であって、図1〜6に図示し、また上述したドリフトチューブ110の実施例のような帯電物質搬送チャンバを製造する製造プロセス700を示す。

Claims (8)
- 帯電物質搬送チャンバを製造する方法において、
抵抗性インクを堆積して、ほぼ非導電性材料又は半導体材料のうち少なくとも一方で形成した一体構造のチューブの内面及び外面のうち少なくとも一方にパターン形成抵抗配線を形成する堆積ステップであって、前記パターン形成抵抗配線は、電気エネルギー源に接続するよう構成されており、前記帯電物質搬送チャンバは前記チューブの内面によって提供される、該堆積ステップと;
前記パターン形成抵抗配線を前記チャンバにおけるコネクタに接続する接続ステップであって、前記コネクタは前記パターン形成抵抗配線を前記電気エネルギー源に接続するよう構成する、該接続ステップと
を備える、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記パターン形成抵抗配線は、前記電気エネルギー源に接続し、付勢するときに前記チャンバ内に電界を発生するよう構成する、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記パターン形成抵抗配線は、前記電気エネルギー源に接続し、付勢するときに前記チャンバを加熱する構成とする、方法。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記パターン形成抵抗配線は、前記チャンバの前記内面及び前記外面のうち少なくとも一方に堆積した巻回を有し、前記巻回は、前記チャンバの長手方向軸線に少なくともほぼ直交するよう指向させる、方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、前記巻回は、少なくとも270゜の角度にわたる巻回を有する、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記パターン形成抵抗配線はイオン改質器として構成する、方法。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記パターン形成抵抗配線を前記チャンバのコネクタに接続するステップは、長手方向抵抗配線を使用して、前記パターン形成抵抗配線を少なくとも第2パターン形成抵抗配線及び前記コネクタに接続するよう構成する、方法。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記抵抗性インクを堆積する堆積ステップは、前記チューブをインク塗布スタイラスに対して前進させつつ、前記チューブを制御した速度で回転させるステップを含む、方法。
