Description
本実施形態においては、本発明の低温液化ガス設備をLNG設備1(低温液化設備)に適用した例について説明する。ただし、本発明の低温液化ガス設備は、LNG設備1に限られず、LNG以外の他の低温液化ガスを気化する設備に適用することも可能である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態あるいは上記第2実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
Claims (4)
- 低温液化ガスを気化させる低温液化ガス設備であって、
メチルシクロヘキサンから水素を脱離する脱水素設備を有し、
該脱水素設備は、
前記メチルシクロヘキサンをトルエンと水素とに分離する脱水素反応器と、
該脱水素反応器で生成された前記トルエンを前記低温液化ガスとの熱交換により凝縮させて前記水素と分離する分離器と、
前記分離器で生成された水素ガスを前記低温液化ガスが気化されて発生した天然ガスに混合する水素ガス混合部と
を備えることを特徴とする低温液化ガス設備。 - 前記低温液化ガスを貯蔵する低温液化ガスタンクと、前記低温液化ガスを気化する気化器と、前記低温液化ガスタンクと前記気化器とを接続するメイン配管とを備え、
前記メイン配管と接続されると共に前記メイン配管を流れる前記低温液化ガスの一部を前記分離器に通す分離器用バイパス部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の低温液化ガス設備。 - 前記脱水素設備は、前記脱水素反応器で生成された前記水素を前記低温液化ガスとの熱交換により冷却する水素液化部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の低温液化ガス設備。
- 前記低温液化ガスを貯蔵する低温液化ガスタンクと、前記低温液化ガスを気化する気化器と、前記低温液化ガスタンクと前記気化器とを接続するメイン配管とを備え、
前記メイン配管と接続されると共に前記メイン配管を流れる前記低温液化ガスの一部を前記水素液化部に通す水素液化部用バイパス部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の低温液化ガス設備。
