Description
本発明による方法は、アルミニウム以外にさらに少なくとも2つの成分を含んでいる硬化可能なアルミニウム合金に適している。たとえば、本発明による方法はAl−Mn−Si合金、Al−Zn−Mg合金、Al−Si−Cu合金またはAl−Si−Mg合金に適している。特に有利なアルミニウム合金は6101である。これらのアルミニウム合金はほぼ28MS/mよりも高い高導電線を有している。

Claims (2)
- 硬化可能なアルミニウム合金を使用し、該アルミニウム合金を溶融してダイカスト金型(4)に挿入し、該ダイカスト金型は、合金溶融物(1)が該ダイカスト金型内で≧5×10 2 K/sの冷却速度で冷却されるような熱伝導度を有する材料から成っている、電気分野で使用するための鋳物の製造方法において、 前記鋳物がロータまたはステータのために設けられていること、 前記アルミニウム合金に過飽和混晶を形成させるため、前記冷却速度が≧10 3 K/sであること、 第1段階で前記合金溶融物(1)を0.5m/sよりも小さい低速度で充填室(2)内で変位させること、 第2段階で前記合金溶融物(1)を前記充填室(2)から前記ダイカスト金型(4)内へ1m/sと3m/sの間の高速度で変位させること、を特徴とする製造方法。
- 前記合金溶融物(1)を、前記ダイカスト金型(4)を完全に充填した後に、前記アルミニウム合金の固形状態での密度と前記合金溶融物(1)の密度との差を解消できるような過圧に曝すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
