Claims (4)
- 走行車輪を備えた走行機体に搭載されたエンジンと、前記エンジンからの動力を変速する油圧式無段変速機と、前記油圧式無段変速機の変速出力を増減速操作する変速ペダルと、前記変速ペダルへの操作量に基づいて前記エンジン及び前記油圧式無段変速機を制御する制御部とを備え、車速を略一定に維持するオートクルーズモードを実行可能としている作業車両において、
前記オートクルーズモードへの移行の可否を設定するクルーズスイッチと、前記オートクルーズモードへ移行させるセットスイッチと、前記オートクルーズモードの実行時に車速を加減速させる加減速スイッチと、前記変速ペダルの踏み込み量に応じての車速を変更するとともにエンジン回転数を変更するアクセル連動制御を実行させるアクセル連動スイッチとを備えており、
前記制御部は、
通常運転モードにおいて、前記クルーズスイッチへのオン操作が受け付けられると、前記オートクルーズモードへの移行を許可するオートクルーズ待機モードへ移行し、
前記オートクルーズ待機モードにおいて、前記変速ペダルを足踏み操作した状態で前記セットスイッチへの操作が受け付けられると、前記変速ペダルの足踏み操作位置に応じた車速とエンジン回転数とを記憶するとともに、前記オートクルーズモードへ移行し、
前記オートクルーズモードにおいて、前記加減速スイッチへの操作を受け付けると、前記オートクルーズモード移行時に記憶した車速を加減速させ、加減速後の車速を略一定に維持させ、
前記アクセル連動制御の実行時に前記オートクルーズモードに移行した場合、前記加減速スイッチへの操作を受け付けると、前記オートクルーズモード移行時に記憶した車速とエンジン回転数とを加減速させることを特徴とする作業車両。 - 前記加減速スイッチへの連続操作時間が所定時間以上となると、車速を連続的に加減速させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記オートクルーズモードにおいて、前記アクセル連動スイッチの操作を受け付けたとき、車速とエンジン回転数の記憶を消去するとともに前記オートクルーズ待機モードに移行することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の作業車両。
- 負荷に応じて車速を減速させて前記エンジンの停止を防止するエンスト防止制御を実行させるエンスト防止スイッチを備えており、
前記制御部は、前記オートクルーズモードにおいて、前記エンスト防止制御を実行している場合、負荷が大きくなって車速を減速させた後に負荷が小さくなると元の車速に維持する一方、前記オートクルーズ待機モードにおいて、前記エンスト防止制御に基づいて車速を減速している場合には、前記セットスイッチへの操作を無効とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の作業車両。
