Description
37.5重量部のLHT含水カオリン粘土、62.5重量部のM−93ムライト形態の焼成カオリン粉末を含有する微粒子を調製した。この焼成含水カオリンの混合物に、N−brand(商標)ケイ酸ナトリウムからの8重量部のSiO2を添加した。含水カオリン源は、LHTの60%の固体スラリー、1ミクロン未満の粒径の90重量%のいわゆる灰色のカオリン粘土の遠心分離の粗副産物であった。このスラリーを噴霧乾燥機に送り込み、微粒子を形成した。この微粒子を、含水カオリンをメタカオリンに変換するが、特徴的な発熱に達しないように焼成した。Na2O含有量は3.06重量%であり、酸可溶物は18.5重量%であり、APSは85mであり、ABDは0.55gm/ccであり、Hgの細孔容積は40〜20,000であった。直径は0.720gm/ccであった。これは、商業的に調製された微粒子MS65である。
従来の手順(米国特許第4493902号および米国特許第5395809号)を用いて、実施例1を14時間結晶化して、Y型ゼオライトを形成した。シードは、米国特許第4631262号に記載のものである。結晶化プロセスが終了した後、24.71Aの単位格子サイズを有する約55%のY型フォージャサイトおよび約45%のマトリックスを含有する微粒子を、濾過によってそれらの母液のかなりの部分から分離する。濾過後にこれを水で洗浄した。洗浄ステップの目的は、さもなければ微粒子内に混入されたままであろう母液を除去することである。結晶化されたままの洗浄された触媒の特性は、以下の通りである。
次に、実施例2を華氏180度およびpH3〜3.5の27重量%の硝酸アンモニウム溶液に添加しながら、撹拌し、50%のHNO3を滴加してpHを制御した。すべての触媒を添加した後、このスラリーを30分間撹拌し、濾過し、濾過ケーキを脱イオン水の重量の2倍の乾燥触媒で洗浄した。2つのそのような交換を行い、27重量%の硝酸アンモニウム:触媒の重量比は1:2であった。Na2O含有量は、この時点で2.09%であった。
600グラムの実施例3(揮発性フリーベースで)を1200gの脱イオン水と華氏180度およびpH3〜3.5の19gのリン酸二アンモニウム(ACSグレード、98%)を含有する溶液に添加しながら、撹拌し、50重量%のHNO3を滴加してpHを制御した。すべての触媒を添加した後、このスラリーを30分間撹拌し、濾過し、濾過ケーキを脱イオン水の重量の2倍の乾燥触媒で洗浄した。P2O5含有量は、この時点で1.75重量%であった。その後、試料を華氏180度およびpH3〜3.5で希土類交換して、触媒中約1.36重量%のLa2O3を産生した。試料を乾燥させ、予熱した炉内の蓋をしたシリカトレイ内で華氏950度で2時間焼成しながら、最初に25重量%の水分を含ませた。焼成後、アンモニウム交換手順を3回繰り返し、その後、25重量%の水分および華氏1050度で再び焼成して、最終生成物を形成した。その特性は、以下の表IIに示される。

触媒の性能を、実質的に米国特許第6,069,012号に記載されるように2.125インチの給油機位置で、9グラムの触媒であるガス油供給原料(表III)を用いて、華氏1000度で動作するACE(商標)小型固定流動床装置を使用して決定した(表IV)。触媒揮散時間を575秒で一定に保った。給油速度は1.2g/分である。
Claims (5)
- FCCゼオライト触媒をリンで修飾するプロセスによって調製されるリン修飾触媒であって、前記触媒に2重量%未満のNa2Oのナトリウム含有量を提供するように結晶化されたままの触媒をアンモニウム塩と交換することと、前記触媒中0.5〜2重量%のP2O5を添加するのに十分な量の第1のリン酸塩溶液で前記アンモニウム交換された触媒を処理することと、前記リン処理触媒をアンモニウムイオン交換してNa2Oとして0.5重量%未満のナトリウム含有量を有する低ナトリウム触媒を産生することと、前記触媒に前記触媒中2〜4重量%のP2O5を提供するのに十分な量の第2のリン酸塩溶液で前記低ナトリウム触媒を処理することと、を含む、プロセスによって調製されるリン修飾触媒。
- 前記触媒に対して2.8〜3.5重量%のP 2 O 5 を含む請求項1に記載のリン修飾触媒。
- 希土類酸化物として0.5〜10重量%の希土類金属を含む請求項1に記載のリン修飾触媒。
- 前記リン修飾触媒がY型ゼオライトである請求項1に記載のリン修飾触媒。
- 前記Y型ゼオライトがカオリンおよびさらなるシリカ源からin−situ形成される請求項4に記載のリン修飾触媒。
