Description
本出願は、2013年2月11日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/763,326号の米国特許法第119条(e)項の下に優先権を主張し、また、当該仮出願の全てが、本明細書に完全に明記されているかのように、参照により本明細書に引用される。
a.第1カラムの予備分別セクションからの蒸気サイドドローが第2カラムのボトムセクションに送られる。このストリームは流量制御される。
b.第2カラムからのボトム液が第1カラムの予備分別セクションに送り戻される。このストリームは第2カラムボトムのレベル制御にカスケードして流量制御される。
c.第1カラムオーバーヘッドレシーバからのオーバーヘッド蒸気が第2カラムの上部セクションに送られる。
Claims (1)
- 熱的結合を用いてベンゼン、トルエン及びキシレンを分離するために用いられる第1の蒸留カラム及び第2の蒸留カラムを備えた蒸留システムであって、サイドリボイラが前記第1の蒸留カラムの上部セクションに接続されており、前記第1の蒸留カラムの上部セクションがパーシャルコンデンサを有し、前記パーシャルコンデンサが、室温よりも高い凝縮温度を有し、前記第1の蒸留カラムのオーバーヘッド圧力を有するオーバーヘッド蒸気を発生させ、前記オーバーヘッド蒸気が前記第2の蒸留カラムの上部セクションへのフィードであり、前記第1の蒸留カラムの上部セクションの蒸気のサイドドローが前記第2の蒸留カラムの下部セクションへのフィードであり、前記第2の蒸留カラムの下部セクションのリボイラが復水から回収されるフラッシュスチームによる熱で動作し、前記第2の蒸留カラムの下部セクションのリボイラにも前記第1の蒸留カラムの上部セクションの蒸気のサイドドローを供給する、蒸留システム。
